shut up and win.........some of this stuff does come across as trying to hard.

Well, he's smart enough to know that Urban Meyer will hand him his arse every year. So, donuts and fake footballs, that is what is left for him.

All of this comes across as trying too hard.

Every single football used by the NFL is made by the Wilson company in Ohio.

Chalk up another obnoxious toddler style jab for the Hokester.

They are seriously reaching Penn State levels of "our only value is derived from how we view ourselves compared to Ohio State" false confidence and smack talk.

Is this really what being a "Michigan Man" has come to? I mean, some of the fans up there have to be getting a little uncomfortable if not embarrassed by what a desperate jackass their head coach comes off as, no?

I, for one, am looking forward to the team's performance in light of the old adage that a team reflects the personality of their head coach.

May the legacy of Denard "I'm the fastest man in the world during the offseason but haven't finished playing a close football game in my career" Robinson continue to live on under the able guidance of Brady "I pride myself on what a fat obnoxious douchebag aka Michigan Man I am during the offseason but don't even wear a headset to pretend like I am coaching my team when they are getting their asses kicked in big games" Hoke.

Hoke is stupid, but he won't ever approach Pedster levels.

Adidas "test" footballs apparently

Michigan coach Brady Hoke appeared Wednesday on Xtra Sports 1360-AM in San Diego, and was asked about the "Not in Ohio" footballs and their origin.

"I wish I knew," Hoke said, laughing. "I guess we can find out from adidas. I had no idea, and I get into work, and I see this has been tweeted out.

"The only thing I can say is obviously the head coach at Michigan is from Ohio, and we've got a lot of football players on our team from Ohio, so we think there are some good things made in Ohio."

Criticism about the lameness of his pathetic attempt has penetrated even his stupidity, apparently.

I hope that he will keep the bulletin board in the Ohio State locker room filled with new interesting stories and dismissive comments.

Hey Hoke!

On a Saturday. 6 months and 6 days from today. He's coming.

For you.

Although Peppers is a very talented recruit, I am strangely unconcerned about him selecting the skunkbears. Maybe its because most of the hype is about him is how he has a college ready body right now. Sometime the kids like that have already reached their ceiling.

Though I believe Peppers is the better talent, I can't help but think of guys like Marvin Robinson (who did go to Michigan) and Jeff Luc (LB who went to Fla Stat). Both looked like NFL players out of HS, and played any meaningful minutes in college and have since transferred from both programs. Again, Peppers is better, and probably due to his speed more than anything, but these guys are prime examples of recent kids who hit their athletic peak in HS.

Could also be that Hoke is the coach.
