There are 12 SEC schools
85 scholar athletes per school = 1,020

This mouth breather and his 2.88 GPA are at the top of the heap

Emphasis on "There is a chance Georgia will without starting safety Josh Harvey Clemons when the Bulldogs open the season ..."

I'm sure he'll be back in after a series or two. Maybe a half.

Not if the weed charge sticks.
It's out of CMR's hands and becomes a university thing. See Bacari Rambo and Ogletree who missed four games last year.

SEC likes cheating, no surprises here:

http://www.cbssports.com/collegefoo...eam-contacted-notre-dame-about-everett-golson

Notre Dame will not have Everett Golson on the field this fall as the quarterback has been suspended due to an academic violation. In a statement released by Golson on Sunday, he made it clear that he intends to return to the school in winter 2014. But before Golson announced his intentions, there had been speculation about his future.
And it seems at least one school in the SEC was wondering if Golson's future might include a transfer, as this little nugget was buried at the end of a story about Golson in the Chicago Tribune.
On Sunday, a coach from an SEC school contacted a person close to the Notre Dame program to inquire about Golson. He did enough in completing 58.8 percent of his passes for 2,405 yards and 12 touchdowns with six interceptions in his first year to pique the hopes of Irish fans and the interest of those wondering if he wants a change of scenery.

Also could be filed under "Future Schedules" or "Wisconsin"

LSU and Wisconsin will play two neutral site games.
First game will be in Houston in 2014 at Reliant Stadium and the return trip will be in Lambeau sometime in 2016-18

Not sure why they wouldn't just schedule games on Campus but whatevs

Make the Lambeau game a night game in Late October or November, and I will be very happy. But I agree. Two of the most intimidating stadiums to play in, why can't they just play on campus?

I'm curious if the 9 game schedule talk (from both conferences) effects this at all.
Games/schedules can always be adjusted when campus sites are involved. But when you draw a contract with neutral site stadium ownership to host a game - what is the financial penalty for cancellation?

when the rumors 1st started, our pussified AD said these games wouldn't happen if we went to a 9 game conference schedule.

so be ready to slam LSU in a few years when the 9 game thing happens, and we bail on the game in Wisconsin.

and yet again, all the good OOC games happen somewhere other than home.
i fucking hate this trend of "neutral site" games.

fuck Houston! (and arlington, and Atlanta, and Lambeau).

play these goddamn games on campus!

quit filling the home slate with fucking Furman or directional Louisiana.
I don't want to see that shit, and neither does anyone else.

Give me an OOC opponent big enough to demand a home and home, a low level BCS school that doesn't demand a return trip, and whoever the hell else you get, at least make sure their FBS.
