Idk about him owning PA. If so, then why aren't we favorites for robert foster and Dorian Johnson? I'm not sure how we own that state

Cornerbacks: Ohio State
Players: Cameron Burrows and Eli Woodard.
Buzz: The class of 2013 is absolutely loaded at cornerback, but the Buckeyes were able to land two players who are both inside the Top 30 of all players in the country in Burrows and Woodard. Both are bigger cornerbacks, both standing over 6-feet. Burrows is the No. 27 player in the Rivals100 and has drawn comparisons to current Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. Woodard is No. 29 player in the nation and showcased his skills this summer at multiple national events. The duo, as highly ranked as they are, each actually dropped in the latest evaluation period with Burrows losing his five-star status and Woodard being jumped by a few players. Even with that, this is the most talented duo entering the same program together.
Other classes considered: LSU and USC.
"What you see is what you get with Elliot. At 6-foot, 200 pounds, he's elusive enough to go around defenders and powerful enough to go through them," Cassidy said of the Ohio State commitment, who jumped 43 slots to No. 77. "He shines as a return man on the high school level, but his most undervalued talent is his ability to impact a game by catching passes out of the backfield. Elliot's versatility is a major reason why he continues to climb up the rankings."
The biggest upward movers included Louisville (Ky.) Trinity wide receiver James Quick, up 68 spots to No. 114, and Plantation (Fla.) South Plantation running back Alex Collins, who jumped 24 positions to No. 115. "Quick continues to prove he is one of the most electric playmakers at his position, as well as being one of the more polished receivers in the country," Rivals.com Midwest analyst Josh Helmholdt said. "His stock has risen steadily over the last year and he could be in line to keep that positive momentum with a big performance at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl next month."

Call me a true believer, but I am still thinking, long term, Urb will do well in PA, better than Pitt, better than PSU. As PSU loses more due to scholarship problems taking effect, Urbs share of recruits will rise, I believe to the top. Fewer kids will grow up with fond memories of PSU. Pitt may be trending up, but I am not yet believing they will be a national power.
