It is interesting how numbers compare to hype. (I did not check the number, but am "sure" this Wisconsin web site is accurate.)

Was that pass intercepted by Buffalo was headed to Dontre?

Mack did a really good job of backing out of the cut block and keeping himself upright. There's really not much the offense could do here, as it's a timing throw and Braxton has to release it trusting Mewhort will erase Mack.

Probably would have better luck with this play if Dontre didn't have a big sign over his head that read, 'I just checked in, they're throwing me the screen.' The staff is going to have to really work to get creative with Dontre's touches and breaking tendencies, because this one was figured out by Mack pre-snap.

There's no way Braxton even saw Mack when he was releasing the ball - Mewhort's body would have obscured him entirely.

Mack is a hell of a player. I kinda wish he was on the Ohio State roster given the depth issues at LB right now.

I was half paying attention to the game, announcers said "Dontre Wilson is in", I looked at the yardage and where Wilson lined up, said to myself -inside screen pass to Dontre, Mack knew the play was coming. Not sure what can be done, perhaps Braxton could have checked outta the play but who knows.

Impressed with Hill's work on the DL and Vonn Bell has contributed well also on ST and the Defensive backfield.
I like how so many of the youngblood's are participating and making a positive impact.

A lot of guys getting some really good game time reps. It'll be interesting to see many of these guys by the end of the season with regards to their maturation

No doubt that Bosa's play is as advertised. Joey brings it just like his uncle brought it back in the day for tOSU. The only difference is in the size he posesses. Dontre Wilson adds electricty and I think he will return a kick or two to the house before the season is over. But right now, Bosa has been the most important contributor.
