And honestly that can only benefit Barrett because it doesn't force him into the starting lineup, he can settle in after being groomed by Braxton. Almost like the ideal situation that we all would've wanted for a transition between Pryor and Braxton. And I'd much rather have Barrett have a healthy season as a backup, rather than him coming off of an injury and then being thrust into the starting lineup. Hell have plenty of time, with a number of weapons to aid him

To say he isn't anywhere close to being drafted in the first 4 rounds is a little aggressive, given the fact that guys like Tyler Wilson and Ryan Nassib were 4th round picks last year and the mobile QB's drafted in the 1st 4 rounds have actually been pretty solid. I think a team would be willing to take a chance on Braxton after this season. That's just my IMO.
Braxton has a young child. We're getting a brand new O-line next year, losing our top receiver and top RB. I really do think this will be his last year in Columbus.

Oh yippy. Cleveland is always in the market for the next over-rated 1st round QB to blow several years budget on.
