2013-2014 B1G Men's Basketball

Baylor, Stanford, Princeton and Harvard have all found ways to field competitive basketball programs.

If I were a NW fan I'd be ready to stab an upper administration type in the heart with my protractor. There is no excuse for them to suck so badly for so long. Its a "will to do it" issue.

I did not see the game but I guess Iowa gave Wisconsin all they can handle up in Bucky land. Fran Mac, Iowa's coach, got tossed for bumping an official. I think Iowa is a really big sleeper.

I guess Purdue gave the Gophers all they could hand only to lose by four up in the barn. Maybe Minny is not as good as I thought they might be.

Nah, I listened to that one after the Bungals lost. That one looked much closer than it was. Minnesota was up by 19 at one point, but had some turnover and FT issues in the last 2 minutes that let Purdue make it look close.

I didn't watch most of the Purdue-Minnesota game, but my hunch is Purdue is going to end up with a better season in the B1G. The Boilers seem to have better depth and those guys were making some tough shots against OSU. I didn't see the Gophers making many tough shots against UM, that is for sure.

I had no idea Tim Miles was answering questions (via Twitter) for ESPiN at halftime of the ScUM game.

I guess you have to do what you have to do (if you're Nebraska) and it only takes a few minutes, but that seems like a little much to get exposure for your program. Kind of indifferent about it.
