I'm not even mad. Every fanbase tries to find some silver lining when they lose to their rival. That our bowl ban is the silver lining they chose is just about the most pathetic thing they could do. And I don't want Michigan fans being anything other than pathetic.

I just checked the record books, all 12 of tOSU's victories from 2012 are in there. So, yes, they indeed count. They also still say that scUM has dropped 7 of 8 and 9 of 11 to tOSU, with 2010 being vacated.

I had a scUMmer at work trying this line on me - how the game doesn't count because Ohio State's season doesn't count.

I asked him to show where it says the games didn't count.

He said it's because they can't play in a bowl.

I asked him if scUM had somehow won, would it count then, and he stupidly said yes.

I would ask him why if the wins don't count, why are the Buckeyes the official Leaders Division Champions, including the trophy, rings for the team, etc... etc...?

I suppose App State and Toledo were irrelevant also? So as I count it since 2000 irrelevant-OSU is 9-3 (would have been 10-3 but one win was vacated).

But, as I understand it, the NCAA has not vacated OSU's wins from that season. Only OSU has. The win over UM in 2010 still counts officially, according to the NCAA.

Ohio State originally offered to vacate the 2010 season, and in July of 2011, it was widely reported that they would vacate the season. However, the NCAA opted instead for a post season bowl ban and scholarship reductions. The season stands in the NCAA database although the University does not claim it.

Let's face it, there isn't a more delusional fan base on the face of the earth. They got their "one year of grace" last year and now reality has slapped them in the face and they once again realize that they are tOSU doormat, an average team at best and that tOSU owns them.

FACT: They will not be as good next year as they were this year.

FACT: We will be better on Offense and have the potential to be just as good on Defense if our LB crew can step it up.

FACT: Urban Meyer is a better coach than Brady "I Want a Ham Sandwich" Hoke.

FACT: tOSU recruiting classes are going to be lights out. scUM will have solid classes but Urban is going to bring in stellar classes. The talent on the 2013 team is ridiculous.

FACT: Next year Braxton Miller is going to continue to improve. As will our OL, RB's and WR's. Our Offense next year is going to be a force to be reckoned with. scUM's OL is going to go backwards. Gardner will not be the playmaker that Shoelace was. RB is a question. The scUM Offense WILL struggle next year.

FACT: The talent along the OSU DL with Bennett, Shutt, Washington, Spence, Pittman, Hale, Price, Hill, Bosa will be young yet gifted on both the inside and outside. I can't wait to see how these guys develop into great players. They will dominate the skunkbears in the trenches.

FACT: scUM sucks. True story.

BTW - Did you see how hard Zach Boren trucked Devin Gardner? He hit him so hard that I'm sure I heard Gardner fart like a donkey. Just sayin.
