I know I will get blasted for this, but if by some miracle (since they are already trying to pre-determine another all SEC NC game) ND makes it to the NC game against an SEC team, I will root for the Irish.

If it ends up being KSU vs ND in the NC game (highly doubt this will happen or Slive might go on a a shooting spree) then I will be rooting for the Fighting Snyders.

Agree. They appear to be much better than they have been in a long time.

Disagree. I'd rather set the hair in my nether regions on fire than root for Notre Dame.

Agree. If ND was the team to end the SEC streak it they would be unbearable for the next 50 years. look how they act now..and think..when was the last time they won anything?

as much as we all hate the SEC and E!SPiN's billion dollar SEC circle jerk,
SOMEONE needs to actually BEAT an SEC team to shut them up. not in an also-ran bowl. not even in a BCS bowl. SOMEONE needs to beat them in the National Championship game. if that team is NtreAme, THEN SO BE IT.

as unbearable as the Irish are, NOTHING is more abhorrent than 'TEAM SEC'.

Just like Hurricane Sandy was the perfect storm, I have a feeling there will be a perfect storm in the BCS NC Game. SEC's over-arrogance coupled with a down SEC (despite what they think, Alabama really is the only team worth a damn in that conference this season). 'Bama goes into the game and shocked by either ND, K State, or Oregon.

Don't forget the ESPN poll in December that will name 2012 Alabama as the best college football team of all time...even better than 2005 USC.

You do just that. I however will take the more logic approach and continue rooting for
Bruce Willis to ride that fucking asteriod right into the stadium. He's long overdue for that...

i'm pretty sure that since 'Bama won the game, they are the national champs now, have moved on to the NFL, and LSU is the new #1...
