Agree with most of this.
I just love that no matter what adjustments Miami makes, OKC has the offensive firepower to make a 10-0 run at any time. Last night Miami had a few short spurts, but you knew at some point the OKC explosion was coming.
In many respects it reminded me of the Miami-Boston series. Boston was easily the better team for most of the series/games. But Miami had the ability to go on short runs that Boston had no answer for. Boston's half-court offense and transition game just weren't good enough.
In this series, Miami's half-court offense is way too inconsistent to count on, but OKC is even better in transition and more capable of offensive explosions. In every game I watch OKC play, I'm always waiting for that 12-0 run. It's no different when they play the Heat....
The only time I get a little on edge watching OKC is when they rely to much on Perkins. Perkins really has no business being on the court in this series. When Miami goes small, it should be an advantage for OKC by playing Ibaka/Collison at center with Durant at the 4. Miami cannot guard that.
