2012 Defensive Line

Do any of you remember that wall they had in Berlin awhile back? Well I'm thinking that our D-line is going to be more impressive than that. So my question is what's it going to be called here on BP? I'm kinda liking the Urban Triangle...I just don't see much going into it and ever finding it's way out again. :oh:

They don't need a new nickname. They've got some pretty talented guys already at Ohio State (Bennett, Simon, Hankins).

That defense has one nickname, and one only.... The Silver Bullets.

There's a few others but these are the guys who, IMO, will get the playing time.

DE: Simon DT: Hankins DT: Bennett DE: Spence

with their backups being:

DE: Washington DT: Schutt DT: Miller DE: Pittman

is making me aaauugghhhuuu.. sorry. I meant to say is making me drool. :biggrin:

Garrett Goebel and Nathan Williams might, just might have a say in all this. Along with some of the other talented defensive linemen that are coming back next year.

Honestly, we see this every year. People go gaga over the new recruits coming in who probably won't see the field all that much and forget about the names that are already here who will likely be on the field the majority of the time.
