2010 TSUN offseason arguments & shenanigans

My definition of "building" is a little different than our Michigan friends...RR is not "building" jack [censored]...he is driving Michigans football program 6 feet under...it is enjoyable to watch I must say...I hope he keeps "building" in AA for another couplke of seasons.

RR is being shown as the Dr. Kevorkian of college football......

Shhh, don't tell anybody...I actually feel a little sorry for VictorsValiant08:

"knock this shyt off. You did the same for the Uconn game and it only makes us look like idiots. Mods, please get rid of this crap."

Poor baby...I know his family well. The walls of their home are adorned with framed quotations from their wise but unsung ancestors:

1876: Uh, General, perhaps it would be incautious to advance to Little Big Horn without more complete scouting information.

1912: Oh, Mr. Andrews, might we do with a few less deck chairs and a few more lifeboats?

1937: Um, Captain, would it not be prudent to wait out the approaching thunderstorm, rather than land the Hindenburg now?

2010: It only makes us look like idiots.

Voices crying unheeded in the wilderness...:roll1:

B10 Network is marathoning football all day. Watching tSUN losing at home to Purdue for the first time since Oct. 15, 1966 (including the beautifully-executed on-side kick call by Coach Hope). Switched the game on precisely in time to hear the announcer say something like "as Forcier scampers for the first down." He's a scamperer, he is.

 Did you not see him constantly waving those arms when Floyd dropped or caught it out of bounds uncontested?

Yeah Michigan fans, what your defense needs is more swagger :roll1:

Along those lines, I'm watching the scUM Notre Dame game right now. Has anyone ever been abused as bad as Boubacar Cissoko was by Michael Floyd? Holy shit.

Haha, yeah. Clausen overthrew a fade to Floyd in the 1st quarter in the corner of the endzone. Booby was completely beat yet he pounded his chest like he had a positive impact on the play. It's too bad he is a complete fuck up because I would have loved to see him in The Game for the next couple of years.

I switched that game on just in time for the annoucer to say something like "that's the thing about Forcier... he DOES have some wiggle in him".

Not to mention wicked awesome jazz hands

Which one? Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Found the announcers' commentary during the ND/tSUN game especially amusing. They clearly had a raging Man-Crush on Tater, and spent most of the broadcast extolling his abilities. When they weren't doing that, they talked up RRod's pattern of vast improvement during the second year in his career playing musical universities. They seemed to be expecting something special out of tSUN last year. The advantage of hindsight sure can lead to some hilarity.

BTW, find it interesting that in a whole day of broadcasts devoted to QB's, B10 doesn't have a single OSU game scheduled. ??
