2010 TSUN News (in-season)

That makes me think JH is a done deal to SCUM. We can't expect that Brandon will make as big of a mess as his predecessor did. And if they hang RR out to dry for another week either to keep or then start a coaching search, he will have dug the hole they are in just a little deeper.

Who the hell do you think you are?!

on the plus side, Denard made it through the whole game without getting injured so we didn't have to play Gardner. At halftime that's all I cared about was not burning his red shirt.

Based on history, sometime between now and Tuesday, all of the 'documentation' for Gardner's medical redshirt will be shredded.

Lewan and Gardner are in the same category as Boren and Mallett? Hold the rope, dude!

No they are not there yet, but they have the potential to be as good as both of those kid's and probably even better. Lewan is way ahead of where Jake Long was when he was a redshirt freshman at Michigan, and I would aruge Devin is the best quarterback on our roster right now. I know you will probably take this as me hyping up another UofM QB, but people don't realize how special Devin is.

This kind of special?

idiots trying to spin this with thoughts of "it's all good, Harbaugh will bring the #22 RB with him."

am I missing something? Can we just hire a coach before we start talking about who anybody is bringing with them? It's going to be a long week. Hell, it's been a long 3 years, so what's another week.

I don't see how even the most ardent of RR supporters could argue that he deserves a fourth year after the way this season ended. Sure, the team finished with a winning record (although 7-6 with several close-call wins and no close-call losses makes that record look worse), and they actually went to a bowl game this year, but who cares when UM isn't even competitive against the better teams on the schedule? In its final three games, each was over at halftime. That's not the sign of a program going in the right direction in the third year in a coach's tenure. And those UM fans who think UM is only a defensive coordinator away from challenging for a NC (insert laughter here) need to consider that against OSU and Miss St., that vaunted UM offense mustered a whopping 7 and 14 points, respectively. Putting up those numbers isn't going to win you a game even with a good defense.

UM (not to mention its idiot fans who claimed that RR's spread offense would take the Big Ten by storm) has egg on its face 3 years after hiring this guy. I can't see how they can keep him around for a fourth year.
