Me too, but not because I'm worried about them getting to the BCS championship. I'm just tired of them.

Agreed. They spouted off last year they would play anyone any where....I heard we offered them a Neutral Field game in Denver or KC and they turned us down.

Thats exactly why I hope they lose too. I Can't stand their uniforms, their field, their state, their gimmick plays, and lately their preseason standing. I honestly think college football would be better if Boise loses and doesn't make the BCS bowls. I hate seeing teams not from the big conferences in BCS bowls because of their Strength of Schedule.

Watching Boise escape a decent team to start their year, and then just pummeling their conference pisses me off. Most of those teams they play have absolutely no shot against them.

To be honest though I bet they beat Tech. Tech lost a lot on defense and considering they have a pretty accurate QB their chances are good. However, playing at Fedex field is a homefield advantage for the hokies. I was their when tech played USC and it was insanely loud for the Hokies.

They can't play that card anymore... from this link:

Boise State president Bob Kustra*backtracking after ripping Idaho - NCAA Football - SI.com

BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- Boise State University President Bob Kustra says his remarks about a bitter football rivalry with the University of Idaho, in which he called Vandal culture "nasty" and "inebriated," came out harsher than he intended.

But Kustra is defending his stance that there's no reason for the Broncos to continue traveling to northern Idaho to play the Vandals on their home turf in Moscow.

Kustra's criticisms of the Vandals came during an interview with the Idaho Statesman editorial board Tuesday. Kustra later said in a prepared statement to Idaho media that questions about the rivalry "hit a sore spot" after someone sent him a recent opinion piece entitled "Reasons to Hate Boise State" from the University of Idaho student newspaper.

"It troubles me that the occasion of an annual football game causes the air waves and Internet to be full of disparagement of Boise State's students, faculty and programs, year after year," Kustra said.

Boise State's pending move to the Mountain West Conference from the Western Athletic Conference means the Broncos aren't likely to play the Idaho Vandals in 2011.

Boise State coach Chris Petersen put the future of the long-standing rivalry in further doubt Monday, saying his team should no longer travel to Moscow for games.

Kustra, when questioned about Petersen's remarks during his interview with the newspaper editorial board, said he didn't care if the Broncos ever play the Vandals again, the newspaper reported.

So the Broncos are going to shelve one of their biggest rivalries unless they play all their games on that idiotic blue turf. Grow up Boise, joining the MWC doesn't give you a seat at the adult's table.

I'm curious to see how Oregon does this year after all the distractions.

Boise St/Va Tech will be interesting as well.

I thought Penn St. would be lower.

Alabama back as number#1. Offense is good. Alabama might have the 2 best running backs in the country period. Interesting to see how their defense starts off the season.

I think Oklahoma could be a team to watch. They have some play makers on both sides of the ball and if they stay healthy they will be there at the end. It also depends on how much Jones has improved at QB as well.

Dryden.....I thought the greatest thing in poll would be Michigan not receiving votes....not USC. I'm starting to believe some Ohio St. fans hate USC and ND more than Michigan. Or maybe you guys just hate everybody.

Well Michigan will have around 5-7 wins. 8 would be a great year. It really depends on how they start though. God knows the offense must start the season clicking.....or we will be in serious trouble.

i dont see a BCS bowl for ya. but ive been wrong b4

Not impossible road to the SEC east, given the Vols problems. We get by the Poodles - with a young qb - and the Cocks, with their veteran screw up qb - and even a loss at Bama will not keep us from the SECCG. There, at least we have a shot at the Sugar Bowl with as many as two or three losses.

I think the Tide will have some attitude problems from the BCSNC hangover, the #1 ranking, and the smoke being blown up their butts by the Tahd faithful.

If we can get them in the SECCG after they've already beaten us, I think we have a good shot.
