2009 Under Armour All-America Game - Jan. 4th

An All Star game isn't the best way to get a look at at a kid, but it is funny how sites are quick to compare Shepard and Pryor and actually seemed to have them equal or even in favor of Shepard. I don't see it! I think Pryor has always had a much bigger upside than Shepard, IMO.

That being said, I do believe he'll be a good QB for LSU...

At this point, I like Pryor more because he is a pass-first guy, but if Sheppard can calm down a bit in the pocket and know when to run (Pryor has to learn when to run, too), I think he has just as much upside.

I still stand by what I said. Any time a kid that athletic plays QB and has an arm, there is limitless potential. Whether or not he develops is another story, but the potential is there.

Like I said though, give me Pryor because he's a pass first guy.
