That's why I asked you guys. But, I only got smartass remarks about other stuff. Thanks for the correction.

I think the thing you're missing, is that Pryor was running an offense built for Todd Boeckmen. Terrelle, was literally on campus 6 weeks, before he took over as QB. Running a pro-style offense, built on pocket-passing.

The offense should be improved significantly over last year, even with the loss of Beanie and Robo, now that an offense is being installed to best use Terrelle (thats the word from Spring practice anyways).

And I'm not worried at all about the defense reloading..it always does. That's been the exciting thing under Tressel.....who's next to step up? I'm thinking Brian Rolle, Andre Amos, Devon Torrence, and Austin Spitler pick-up where the seniors left off with little drop in overall team defense. Not saying those guys are as good as Malcolm, Freeman, or JL....but it's nice when a system is in place, and you can plug guys into the system that have experience in it.....unlike UM, where DC's are treated like yesterday's garbage.

It's great that they've found something that has worked. RR didn't have the ease of transition with the defense because his DC from wvu didn't come with him to UM. Shafer was a complete "experiment". I was very "meh" on his hire in the first place. I think they settled big time with his hire. I like the hire of Robinson. Good history, and he's not going off to another job anytime soon, so more than likely he'll be at UM the rest of his coaching career. That will help stabilize the defense for years to come.

The difference between a Cubs fan and being a Michigan fan comes down to rationality. Being a cubs fan, I know we suck. I like the Cubs and always have. You [censored]ing Michigan fans still think you're good and try to rationalize your losses, your lack of athletes, and the hick ass hillbilly and pass your program off as excellence. Good luck with that.

Sure there are fans for "every" team that hype them up and believe they are better than what they really are. Can you point out where I think Michigan is good or any of that other bs you pointed out?

I don't know of any program whose fans would call their coach a "master mind" after a 3-9 season. It's stereotyping, but most tsun fans feel this way and it is definitely a delusionary fan base to say the least.

What makes Coach RR so different than others?

I think a fan base will get delusionary when shit isn't going their way. A lot of OSU fans where the same way in the late 80s and 90s using all kinds of excuses. Well Michigan only won because Cooper was our coach. OSU has the better players and Michigan got lucky. Hell there are OSu fans that still don't give credit to Michigan. OSU lost those games rather than Michigan winning those games.........that was the theme.

Sure there are Michigan fans that have said some crazy things the past few years. Things aren't going our way and several fans are depressed, pissed off, or just not feeling great on how things are going right now. I think we should stay postive. We should not hang our heads thinking we will suck forever, we are never going to beat ohio state, we will never win another bcs game, etc.

Every team has a delusionary fan base though. Most of the time it's the teams who are down though. Michigan will be back. It may be next year, 3 years, 7 years, or whatever. I have a feeling they will get back to where they used to be.

You're proving my point. Good luck finding a single Buckeye fan who ever called John Cooper a "master mind." We blamed our head coach for those losses. You know, the captain of the ship. You guys are blaming.....Ty Willingham??? :)

Well I never called RR a mastermind and he wasn't the guy I wanted. So when Michigan loses to the buckeyes I'll just blame RR and not give credit to the buckeyes. That will work for me.

You're definitely in the minority.
