2009 TSUN arguments, shenanigans (not football)

I am absolutely surprised at the confidence scUM fans are showing in the Tater. Let's keep in mind that is just a freshman. Teams generally starting true freshman at QB don't score a bunch of points. Look at tOSU last year, we started Pryor and we still struggled to score points at times. Yes, there are varying reasons behind that but the bottom line is the talent scUM has on offense this year does not equal the talent tOSU fielded on offense last year.

scUM fans, as you so eloquently put it, are showing confidence in Tate because they have no other choice.

Nick Sheridan is just not the answer and obviously neither is Dave Cone.

Michigan's entire season will come down to Tate and Denard Robinson, and out of those two I think that most Michigan fans believe in Tate more.

I'd rather have Tate Forcier starting over Nick Sheridan, David Cone, or even Steve Threet- as I'm sure most Michigan fans would.

World of difference in being confident Tater Tot is the best QB option and being confident the team will do well.

He may very well be the tallest midget, that doesn't mean he's going to set the world on fire as a true freshman with limited talent around him.

Well They only won 3 games last year and one of those was on the road so that kind of narrows it down as to when that act of douchebaggery was captured on film.

It was either a celebration of destroying a 2-10 Miami of Ohio team by 10 points or celebrating the biggest choke job in Wisconsin football history and the boundless joy of doubling their home win total in a single game.

It was Wisconsin.

I bet they aren't dumping any Gatorade after the trip up to cheddar country this year.

Whisky is going to become more and more a matchup problem for B10 teams that go too far in building defenses to stop the spread and forget that teams sometimes say "fuck the trickery, here it comes". That includes OSU.

Ironic that a power running attack could very well become the "changeup" offense in the B10.

and the funny thing is Michigan-fan was showing confidence in Threet and Sheridan last year b/c that is all they had. The shear genius of DRod was going to make them a Big-10 contender with those 2 clowns running the show.....

They also bring back a lot on offense including, duh duh dum...a mobile QB...

Is Hiller even going to be 100%? I know he missed all of spring from his knee surgery in January. I'm sure he's slated to start, but is 9 months the normal recovery period for knee surgery?

WMU is having to replace 3 of their top 4 receivers from last year. They do return their top RB. Hiller is far from a mobile QB. They return two of their top 5 tacklers, including their top LB. Their entire secondary is getting an overhaul.
