My top 5 including Gerhart who's playing right now..

1. McCoy
2. Gerhart
3. Spiller
4. Tebow
5. Ingrham (Can't understand why so many have him at #1 still after 2 or 3 straight weeks of meh performances.)

I can't understand why in the hell you have Tebow in your top 5 still?

He killed some long standing SEC records this season, maintained a semi consistent season, and killed FSU in his final regular season game... And because he will be, because his name is Tim Tebow. I'm going strictly off reality, not what I want to see. The media will levy for him to be in NY.

Uh 2 of his touchdown passes were forward option pitches. I would love to go back and remove all those from his stats to see home much those accounted for.

Still doesn't take away from the fact that he, and his Gators absolutely [censored] on FSU. I mean, that rivalry is becoming almost as laughable as OSU-Michigan.

Wow not that Ntre Ame was going to stop him, but they didn't even try on that last TD...

Even if #22 tries to come up and make the tackle he is still getting steamrolled, probably even worse than #4 did earlier in the drive. Next to Beanie, I haven't seen a RB I like watching play as much as this man. Even if this is the first full game I've watched Gerhart play.

From what I've seen this season, Tebow and McCoy have been underwhelming compared to what they did last year. Their teams are undefeated, but its been a boring run for both teams because their opponents were weak. (sidebar: is the regular season really a playoff? really?)

I'm not convinced that Ingram is even the best overall back on Alabama's team. Trent Richardson has shown more versatility and was certainly more important to their biggest win over Auburn.

Toby Gerhart and C.J. Spiller, on the other hand, have gone out and proved on the field that they are the two best players in college football. They have been essential to their teams' success; their numbers are impressive; and their hype isn't based on preseason Heisman predictors, which proves that they've actually earned their way into the discussion. They're just dominating players working hard for teams that aren't nearly as talented top to bottom as the others.
