Well, okay. I guess I've figured that part out. :wink2: But, I was really expecting a solid season for Michigan... that is until November and January.
And that is what remains to be seen, but I bet that every team with God receivers beats them.
and good receivers too lol

33 points (would've been 34 had we been allowed to kick the final XP) and 481 yards against Washington is hardly mediocre...

Yeah, I love how there was 1 second on the clock for a good 4 seconds and then the time keeper was probably like... FUCK IT! HAHA

Hmmmmm our offense mediocre...how many points has Michigan accumulated their first three games? OSU was supposed to struggle on offense Michigan on the other hand was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread. Henne, Hart, and Long blah blah blah blah f'in blah.

I would also contend tht OSU has done a better job at stopping itself rather than the competition.

Actually, you can say what you want about tOSU's offense, it's not supposed to be anything, we're replacing a Heisman winning Quarterback, our starting RB and two first round Wide Receivers, so questioning our offense is silly, yeah, it will improve as people get more familiar with each other. However, our defense has allowed a total of 22 Points so far this season, that's less than scUM allowed against a 1-AA team. OSU is built around it's defense this year, so comparing our offense (young) to scUM's offense, (veteran) is a silly comparison, we're two different types of teams.

Mediocre....

Ohio State:
11 TDs, 30.3 pts per game, 420.3 Yards per game, 218.3 Pass, 202.0 Rush.

Michigan:
10 Tds, 25.7 pts per game, 407.7 Yards per game, 181.3 Pass, 226.3 Rush

I'd say the "mediocre" label is a matter of perception against what Ohio State had last year.... I mean, last year's great offense averaged...

Oh... wait...

31 TDs 36.3 pts per, 409.8 yards per game, 229.7 Pass, 180.1 Rush.

Granted, it's not fair to compare 3 games from 2007 (especially against YSU and Akron) against the entirety of 2006. Just saying... mediocrity seems to be a perception, not a fact.
