? By the way, when we checked dispatch.com Tuesday, it also had a countdown -- actually, guess it would be a count-up -- that said: "Days since Michigan's last victory over Ohio State in football: 1,704." It's a good thing U-M fans aren't as thin-skinned as the Buckeyes or they might take offense at that, right?
Obviously they don't patrol um message boards for reactions to their anti-um articles.

McNeal says he is firmly committed to UM, but will take visits (OU, UF, Louis, Clem, UM). However, he admits a heavy run game at UM could make him reconsider.

Sounds like negative recruiting has not won out at this point, but it certainly planted the seed about the run-heavy RR offense.

Prospect Lache Seastrunk talked up LSU to UM WR commit McNeal and claims that he's very interested in them now.

Friend intel is suspect at times, but McNeal is looking to take visits this fall and the "RR=run" negative recruiting is being considered, not ignored. McNeal was the only camper (of many referenced) that he mentioned taking interest in his LSU pitches.

One of RR's first statements on the podium this afternoon at Big Ten Media Day was how he was working on a new snake oil concoction for Joe Tiller. So it begins...

Always a good idea for a 1st year coach to make a smart-ass comment about the second longest reigning coach in the conference. You stay classy Dick.

:roll2: ... is that anything like how classy it is to lambaste another coach for "stealing" a commitment when that's something you do yourself? And to let that fester in the media, taking potshots through the papers?

Everything about that "snake oil" stuff, and other coaches taking shots at RR for recruiting other schools' commits, was pure bullshit. Everything. Wasn't fair to RR to have that be a subject of debate considering damn near every single coach in the Big Ten has taken commitments from other schools - even other Big Ten schools. Including Tiller. I think Northwestern is the only exception. So RR has every right to make a smart-ass comment like that, when Tiller was that far out of line.

If Joe Tiller jumped off a bridge, would DickRod do it too?
