Thoughts on the video...
Sheridan. Arm strength: good, or at least adequate. Accuracy: none to speak of. Very little doubt in my mind that Threet will be the starter come August 30.
Offensive line. Actually it looked pretty good. The protection and run-blocking looked respectable and so did the timing on screens. Two huge caveats: one, is that because they were good or because the D-line was bad? And two, it was a highlight video, so of course we see all the good plays.
Avery Horn: Grady's one highlight looked like the healthy Kevin Grady we remember, and Minor looked good when he was taking handoffs and not pitches. Toss in Brown and McGuffie and we are overloaded at RB. Oh yeah - Moundros too. Lots of different styles and talents at RB, maybe we should have hired Paul Johnson?*
Offense in general. RR said it was a pretty plain-Jane show on purpose. But I didn't see a lot of Pat White stuff.
*Joke.

K.C. Lopata, and yes, he's a 5th-year senior this year. He definitely steadied up the kicking game.If I remember correctly, the kicker who replaced Gingell (sp?) was solid. Is he back?
