I don't think you specified college or pro so I'm doing both.

OSU:

Offense- Kyle Mitchum...I think he's gonna be solid...not sure where he's at in the depth chart but I bet he gets some work in.

Defense- Anderson Russell...I've like this kid since he signed...I hope he gets a ton of PT

Special Teams- Andre Amos...gonna be a star eventually

Pro:

Offense- Mangold...depending who drafts him he might start right away.

Defense- AJ Hawk..should look good in a Packers uni from what I've read.

Special Teams- Carpenter...will get tons of time on a return unit somewhere I imagine

Offense: Frost showed glimpses of greatness this year. Also, I'd like to see Hartline step in and make some great plays.

Defense: So many players have to step up here. I'll say the entire Freeman/D'Andrea/Laurenitis trio.

Special Teams: Safeties and LBs tend to make a name for themselves early here. I'll go with Moeller or Gant.

Edit: Damn, I forgot about Pretorius. I'll vote for him, too. Ack! I can't decide!

Offense: QB Rob Schoenhoft. I think he moves into the number two slot behind Troy Smith next year and will see the field as Troy engineers some blowouts

Defense: CB Andre Amos. He's been in the system for a year now and got to play against Teddy, Santonio and Tony G. everyday, mostly holding his own. Could be the biggest piece of the puzzle if he plays up to potential.

Special Teams: K Ryan Pretorious. I was big on Ryan before the '05 season and Huston had a great year. With Huston gone Ryan will step up big for us and our opponents will have to consistently begin drives at their own 20 again to score on our developing defense.

I don't think Schoenhoft will be 2nd string next year. I mean you have Zwick and Boeckman. And they both are good. Schoenhoft MIGHT get some snaps when we dominate in a game, but not second string. He is still too young and is learning still.

If Barton and Boone qualify as the ineligible picks for 2006 Breakout campaigns, then I'll go with Datish on O. Datish quietly turned in a pretty special season, and is poised for big things. Nationally, at least up until now, Datish's only claim to fame is that Ginn can run 30 yards and make 3 cuts faster than Datish can run 10 yards in a straight line. :wink2:

Defense, I think Amos will star, or Mitchell if considering guys that got significant PT this year while still being under the radar.

Special teams, I'll go with whoever the PK is, unless Haw is on the return team ... then I'll choose Haw.

I don't get to see too many tOSU games down in Texas, but in the games I did get to see, Datish was always downfield making blocks on big plays. I think it's safe to say he'll be even better than last year.

D: I'll go with Laurinatis, since we always seem to churn out some nasty LBs.

ST: Pretorious.

offense - dukes/hartline (both could do it, one may very well cancel the other out with Robiskie/Hall likely to see the field regularly).

defense - o'neal

special teams - pretorious
