You guys need to get a grip. I thought Hawk should have won also but Posluzny had some good stats too.
I just figured Hawk would get it since he's a senior and Posluzny is a Junior.
Oh well, it's history, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.

Eh, I don't really care about the Bednarik Award. If you go back and look at the guys that won it, it's kinda a joke. The Butkus is the one I'm concerned with.

Absolute travesty. He is a good player, but that is absolute bullshit!! He doesn't deserve to play on the same field as Hawk. And his little smartass remark about going to read to children really pissed me off. He is a fucking spoiled prick that is way to concerned with himself. Show some class a maturity and maybe you'll get some respect. Fucking JUNIOR.

The real travesty is just how fucking boring this awards show is. I didn't think it was possible to make anything involving college football this boring. I can't even watch anymore.

I would want Posluszny on my team anyday. Not ahead of Hawk or Carp, but still I would want him on my team.
And if you were to ask Hawk right now...he would probably give his congrats to Posluszny. Everyone is making a big deal out of this. Hawk is a very modest guy, who doesn't need or want every award in the world. He's not for the individual, he's for the team.
