ASU should get this one, but you never know in recruiting.

reagdog;1872222; said:Haha - Arkansas only got 1 AZ recruit. Unfortunately USC got 1, Oregon got 2, Auburn got 1, Nebraska got 1, UofA got 1, Penn State got 1, UCLA got 1 and Stanford got 1.
Seems everyone got one in AZ except ASU (I'm kidding, but almost all of the 4 star guys left the state). Hopefully next year will be better for the in-state recruiting.
Chaparral's Davonte' Neal narrows football list to 13
by Richard Obert - Aug. 2, 2011

Chaparral senior receiver/cornerback Davonte' Neal, 5-foot-10, 175 pounds, has narrowed his list of colleges to 13.
According to his father Luke, this is the list:
Arizona, Washington, Brigham Young, Utah, Boston College, Southern California, Ohio State, Auburn, Miami, Georgia, North Carolina, Louisiana State and Oregon State.
Missing is Arizona State, which was one of the first schools to offer Neal when he was a freshman.
"I just like the other programs," Neal said.
Neal said he will narrow his list to five some time during the season and will take official recruiting trips to those schools.
Sept. 2, 2011 - Chaparral wide receiver Davonte' Neal barrels over Marcos de Niza defensive back Richard Doller while carrying the ball during Chaparral's 24-6 win in Tempe.
Marcos slowed Chaparral's offense, but Chaparral started chipping away with the running game. Davonte' Neal, mostly used at halfback in the second half, had 71 second-half rushing yards, including a 10-yard touchdown with 6:51 left to give Chaparral a 24-6 lead.

Here is the key to recruiting from here on out for 2012...keep all these names on your radar but don't get too excited until they actually make an official to OSU...
If a kid mentions OSU he is ours for the asking. Stand by your browser for the imminent commit. Our only obstacle to recruiting is a shortage of bananas.
