Robinson Visits Ohio State

RB Kylan Robinson (6-1 215) of Tampa made his official visit to Ohio State over the weekend. "I liked all the coaches and the academic part," he said. "They stressed they will try to get you a degree. They said I could come in and fit in real good. I can come in and contribute a little bit." Robinson did not commit and will continue with his visits. He will visit USC January 13th and Miami January 20th. Florida was scheduled for the 27th bue he's not sure he'll make that trip. He has also visited UAB. Robinson said he does not have a favorite.

That would depend on future depth at the position so it is difficult to answer now. He will come in as a RB for sure.

I loved this kids video. He has everything you want in a RB. Great size, speed, strength. Good hands out of the backfield. Hard to tackle.

The Jacksonville Times-Union just named Robinson the #3 senior back in all of Florida behind Spiller and James...impressive!

THE Ohio State University
Spiller is a great talent, but as far as running backs go, Kylan is the best in Florida, jmo. He had very impressive film on Sunshinepreps. I never knew runningbacks that weighed 220 pounds had moves like that.

Miami(FL) staff was in to visit his home this past week. Robinson says tOSU is in the lead due to his visit but that may change after his visit to Miami(FL) on Jan 20. Kylan says it will be close decision between the two schools.

Just watched his video and wow. He is big, shifty, and fast. Looked very impressive and is definetly a top 100 player. The only knock may be that on some plays it appeared he was brought down easily on the legs. Nothing the OSU weight program can't fix though. Would love to see Kylan as an addition to this class.
