The Buckeyes came from behind for a dramatic win in Louisville against the Raiders.

It took a ninth inning rally, but Ohio State baseball got a big win to start off the NCAA Tournament. Jalen Washington's RBI single with two outs and bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth gave the Buckeyes a 7-6 win over Wright State on Friday afternoon in Louisville.

Ohio State trailed 6-5 entering the inning, but managed to tie the ballgame on a Ronnie Dawson RBI single before Washington's heroics against Raider freshman Caleb Sampen.

The Buckeyes will now await the winner of this evening matchup between host Louisville and Western Michigan. That game will take place at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.

Dawson drove in two on the day, and Troy Montgomery picked up where he left off in the Big Ten tournament, going 4-for-4 with two runs batted in and a run scored for the Buckeyes.

After Ohio State ace Tanner Tully had a rough outing, the bullpen threw five scoreless innings to give the offense a chance to make its move. Seth Kinker, Michael Horejsei, and Kyle Michalik came up huge for head coach Greg Beals and his Buckeyes.

Tully had three shaky innings where it was clear his command just wasn't there today but he limited damage. The wheels came off for the junior lefty after that, though. In the fourth and fifth innings, the Raiders scored six runs, four earned, on five hits, two walks, and a hit batter, and Tully's day was over.

Wright State starter Jesse Scholtens also had an uncharacteristic game. The Raiders' ace right-hander entered the day with a 10-1 record, a 2.72 earned run average, and a WHIP under 1.0. Scholtens allowed the five runs in the third inning, the only real hiccup of the day for him, as he went seven innings in all and was in line for the win.

After the two teams felt each other out through the first couple of innings, Ohio State got to Scholtens for a crooked number in the bottom of the third. The Buckeyes got five hits, a walk, and a hit batter to score five runs, all after the first two outs of the inning had been recorded by Wright State. Dawson and Montgomery each had two-run doubles and Jacob Bosiokovic added an RBI single to do the damage.

The Raiders got on the board themselves in the top of the fourth with a pair of runs against Tully. An error by Bosiokovic on a ground ball at first allowed the first to score and a narrowly-missed double play brought home the second.

Tully's struggles continued in the fifth, as Wright State loaded the bases with nobody out. A hit batter brought in one run and a bases-clearing double by cleanup man Ryan Fucci scored three more as the Raiders took a 6-5 lead and chased Tully from the game.

Things remained the same until the ninth, as Ohio State's late-inning magic continued.

Covelli Arena is gonna cost a tad bit more than what was projected back in 2012.

Once again, it has been another eventful day in Ohio State athletics. Buildings are over budget (and construction hasn't even started yet), one Buckeye draftee gets praise from a Super Bowl winning teammate and a top recruit trims his potential college home down to six – and Ohio State is one of them.

"Almost as soon as we started the design process it became clear (both facilities were) budget-challenged,”

Lynn Readey, associate VP of Facilities Ops. and Development (reported by Tom Knox, Columbus Business First)

Like any new building or project, there are costs associated. Sometimes, those projects go over budget.

In the case of Ohio State athletics, a new arena, the Covelli Multi-Sport Arena, and the Student-Athlete Development Center are both over budget.

To the tune of roughly $10 million a pop.

How did the projects get over budget? According to the piece by Knox, cost projections were made in 2012, and are outdated. Labor prices and material prices have gone in the ballpark of 5 percent to 7 percent, as said by Readey.

Once built, the Covelli Arena will take over for the sports that call St. John Arena home. St. John Arena has been an iconic fixture on campus, as skull sessions take place there before every Buckeye home football game.

However, age has taken its toll on St. John Arena. Without real air conditioning, some events inside SJA feel as if the ghosts of the old Boston Garden have visited, making sure people today realize what life was like before AC became a staple.

The new buildings will go hand-in-hand with the current revitalizing of campus. Projects going over budget happen. Let's just hope it doesn't end like something out of the Pentagon Wars .

"His improvement over these six practices has been awesome,"

Drew Brees on Michael Thomas (as written by NFL.com's Kevin Patra)

He was a big time receiver at Ohio State. Now, Michael Thomas is showing that he can be big time in the NFL.

Since OTAs have started, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has seen what Thomas is capable of doing, and he's impressed.

"From Day 1 until now, the same mistakes are not being made," said Brees of Thomas' improvements.

This season, Brees has Thomas to help on a receiving core that already has touchdown magnet Marques Colston. If Thomas is as advertised, look for a breakout rookie season in the Big Easy.

Ohio State Buckeyes performing well in OTAs just doesn't happen for the Saints. In Dallas, former Buckeye offensive weapon Ezekiel Elliott is showing that he too can compete on the the professional level.

Regardless, it looks pretty good for Ohio State on the quarterback side of things. It's almost as if the head ball coach in Columbus is a quarterback guru.

LGHL Why Michigan deserves to be a top-5 preseason team

Why Michigan deserves to be a top-5 preseason team

499066224.0.jpg

Last week we took a look at how multiple preseason top-25s -- many from respected media members -- include Michigan in their top-5 overall teams. For many Ohio State fans, last November's 42-13 final score precludes any scenario where the Wolverines are rated drastically above the Buckeyes.

So I decided to take a look at what the absolute best arguments could be for Michigan as a top-5 team.

Michigan has recruited pretty darn well

In their last four classes, the Wolverines have recruited 48 blue chips recruits, or an average of 12 per class. That's a 55% blue chip percentage and an average finish in the 247 Sports Composite rankings of 17th.

Brady Hoke actually put together a pretty stellar class in 2013. That class finished fourth in the country and included guys like Derrick Green (who didn't work out at Michigan, but that's besides the point here), Shane Morris, Patrick Kugler, Kyle Bosch, and Dymonte Thomas, all of whom were rated above .95 in the 247 Composite. Harbaugh's last class was the other big one, ranking fifth and including the number one overall recruit in the country -- defensive lineman Rashan Gary.

Back in 2014, Bud Elliott wrote a piece about the blue chip ratio, arguing that it is highly likely that the next championships will come from teams that recruit at a high (>40%) ratio of blue chip recruits to non-blue chip players. Blue chip percentage has proven to be a valuable concept, as the first two College Football Playoff winners, Alabama and Ohio State, were the top-two in blue chip percentage from 2014.

Michigan made that list with a 55% blue chip percentage, a number they've maintained over the last four years as well (despite two top-5 recruiting finishes). In the last four years, their blue chip percentages have been: 69%, 56%, 43%, and 52% in last year's class. Put simply, Michigan has amassed a ton of talent in Ann Arbor -- the second-highest concentration of talent in the Big Ten.

Michigan has a few star players and there's a lot of young talent

The Wolverines have a few proven stars that are likely in All-American contention for 2016, including defensive backs Jabrill Peppers and Jourdan Lewis, and tight end Jake Butt. The former two contributed to the second-overall team in defensive S&P+, the ninth-ranked team in defensive back havoc rate, and eleventh-ranked passing S&P+ defense in the country. Jourdan Lewis was fourth in passes defended. Jake Butt was third in receiving yards last season and should be one of the first tight ends taken in next year's draft. These players form the core of the Michigan roster.

However, going back to the last point on recruiting, Michigan has a number of young players that could step in to starting roles immediately. The most obvious choice is Rashan Gary. Gary looks like a future star and should force playing time despite players like Bryan Mone, Chris Wormley, Willie Henry, and Taco Charlton all returning.

Michigan struggled somewhat running the ball last season despite two former five-star running backs in Derrick Henry and Ty Issac filling the depth chart. But new recruit Kareem Walker -- formerly a Buckeye, like Derrick Henry was -- could challenge De'Veon Smith and Drake Johnson for carries.

The Wolverines were really good last season

Michigan finished eighth last season in overall F/+ with losses to just Utah, Michigan State, and Ohio State. In terms of quality losses, few three-loss teams could have had a better lineup than that.

Their success, as mentioned before, was built largely on the defense, which is almost entirely returning. Apart from their linebacker corps -- which is getting a full overall, as only Ben Gedeon returns with significant experience -- the Wolverine defense returns 73% of last year's experience using Bill's updated formula. If you take a high-performing defense from last year, hardly replace anyone, then supplement it with the number one overall recruit... it's easy to predict a top defense for 2016. Plus, nothing matters more for predicting elite defenses than the percentage of returning passes broken up -- even more than returning sack numbers. And Michigan shines in the secondary.

Further, the defensive line might be the best unit on the entire team, ranking 25th in adjusted line yards and 26th in adjusted sack rate last season. Sacks and tackles for loss were split fairly evenly between returning players Wormley, Charlton and Henry, without a clear standout defender on just a solid overall line.

Overall -- and Harbaugh

So, overall, it's clear that Michigan has recruited at a very high level -- high enough to have the talent base necessary for a playoff run in 2016. Specifically, the combination of an excellent, and largely intact defense, combined with enough experience on offense -- particularly from the receivers and tight ends -- should convince most Ohio State fans that the Wolverines are worthy of a great deal of their preseason praise -- enough to potentially re-balance a one-sided rivalry.

But beyond the numbers, predictors and depth chart reasons for Michigan's top-5 rankings, most reporters and Michigan fans hinge their preseason expectations primarily on Jim Harbaugh's influence. They use Harbaugh's history with Andrew Luck and Colin Kaepernick as evidence for him as a quarterback whisperer -- so there's little need to worry about that glaring issue on offense. It's Year 2 in the Harbaugh regime, after all, when many hot-shot coaches first make their title runs. In short, Harbaugh's presence seemingly fills in the holes for many of Michigan's deficiencies.

Next we'll look at the reasons why we should pump the brakes a little on Michigan as a top-5 team -- and the Big Ten favorite.

MT-150x150.jpg

The Buckeyes Men’s Baseball team is NCAA bound. Basketball is dominated with the NBA Finals and the possibilities of the Cleveland Cavaliers finally ridding the fan base of Cleveland with the jinx of a Championship (in any sport for 52 years now). But the power overwhelmingly dominating me, at least as I pound away at my keyboard this very moment, is fencing.

Yeah – that’s right – Fencing!

Margarita Tschomakova was born in 1988 in Bulgaria. She is the daughter of Georgi Chomakov, a 1980 Olympian for Bulgaria in Moscow in the same competition that Margarita would eventually participate in – sabre. He would also participate in the same event for Bulgaria in the 1988 Seoul Olympics.

Margarita would also represent Bulgaria at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where she competed as the nation’s lone fencer in the women’s individual sabre event. She would not win any medal, but her abilities are not hampered by any sense of this lone moment in her fencing history.

Prior to attending The Ohio State University Margarita won the Bronze at the European Team Junior Championships – twice placing third at the German Championships. She had also fenced for the German National Team from 2003-08 where she finished second in the OB Tournament (Oberhausen) in Bonn.

Margarita’s Freshmen Year at the Ohio State University (2008-09) she would lead the Buckeye’s Women’s sabre unit with 35 wins, tying Allison Henvick for lead among all Buckeye fencers with 19 wins at the Northwestern Duals, taking second at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships. She earned a trip to the NCAA Championships with a third-place finish in the NCAA Midwest Qualifier, before battling at the NCAA Championships where she claimed 14 wins and a ninth-place finish. She would also be a OSU Scholar-Athlete.

Her Sophomore year (2009-10) she earned First Team All-America and first-team All-Midwest Fencing Conference honors, placing 30th, tying third at the North American Cup events in Pittsburgh and San Jose, Calif., respectively. She’d have 18 sabre wins, picking up nine wins at both the NYU Duals and the St. John’s Duals. The season would conclude with a bronze in the NCAA Championship in the sabre. She would add the honors of OSU Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Big Ten for this season.

Her Junior Season (2010-11) earned her a second consecutive All-America honors while picking up a 16-win, fifth-place finish at the NCAA Championships. In the regular season she would nail down 24 wins, which included a season-high 11 at the NYU Duals. Her cadence found majesty in the postseason, earning gold at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships and fifth at the Midwest Regional Qualifier, placing 12th at Cincinnati, Ohio, North America Cup and 18th at Dallas, Texas, NAC. She would again be a Academic All-Big Ten and a OSU Scholar-Athlete.

Come her final year at The Ohio State University (2011-12 – Senior Season) Tschomakova finished her collegiate career with a seventh-place showing at the 2012 NCAA Championships in Columbus, Ohio, earning Second Team All-America accolades, 29 wins during the regular season, placing second at the Midwest Fencing Conference championships before earning gold at the Midwest Regional. She then decided to represent her native Bulgaria at the 2012 Olympic Games in London after earning a berth at the European Zonal in Bratislava, Slovakia. She would also conclude her OSU days as an OSU Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Big Ten.

Margarita Tschomakova is a clear definition as to what represents the outline for Making The List. She is a power in her sport and had been during her time in Columbus. She brought a sense of difference and notoriety in a sport that is not quite as focused upon in The United States as it is in Europe. She made Buckeye fans proud during her time with us and it is certainly our time to acknowledge her greatness in a wonderful sport and say Sabre-Fencers, well, they do it best.

“ Hell, there are no rules here – we’re trying to accomplish something…” ~ Thomas Edison

Leave it to Thomas Edison, an Ohioan and considered “The Father Of Invention”, to appropriately summarize the goals for the 2016 Ohio State football team. No rules – just accomplish something.

“Something” is a pretty vague and open concept. Considering how much talent Ohio State lost to graduation and the NFL Draft, considering how I have written throughout spring practice about how 44 players on Ohio State’s roster are either redshirt freshmen or true freshmen…Damn right, Mr. Edison. There are no rules. Ohio State fans are just looking to see what this team can accomplish against a much tougher schedule in 2016 than 2015, with tremendously talented, yet inexperienced, players.

**

Maryland Terrapins (Game 10)

2016 OSU Opponent Ranking: 8 out of 12

Players Recruited By Ohio State: Players Recruited By Ohio State: OL Derwin Gray, OL Damian Prince, WR Taivon Jacobs, RB Wes Brown, DL Adam McLean. Jacobs actually gave a verbal commitment to Ohio State back in 2013, but decided to sign with Maryland to be closer to his young daughter.

Game Date: November 12, 2016

Kickoff Time: TBA

Location: Byrd Stadium (College Park, Maryland)

Rationale For The Ranking: Maryland gave Ohio State a tougher than expected game in 2015, eventually losing 49-28 in Ohio Stadium. Ohio State had no problems with Maryland in Byrd Stadium, defeating Maryland 52-24. Why is Maryland ranked higher than other Ohio State opponents?

As in most things in life, timing is key. Ohio State will be coming off a night game against Nebraska on November 5th, and a revenge game is on the horizon at Michigan State on November 19th. Will Ohio State be tempted to be looking ahead?

Prediction: Former Urban Meyer protege D.J. Durkin is at the helm for Maryland now, and look for the Terrapins to become a more physical team that will be able to compete against the other traditional powers in The B1G East. Ohio State should be able to control this game, provided the Buckeyes do not take the Terrapins too lightly or look ahead to the trip to East Lansing.

Previous Rankings:

9 – Indiana
10- Rutgers
11- Bowling Green
12- Tulsa

The Buckeyes are back in the NCAA tourney for the first time in seven years. Advancing out of regional play is going to be a tall order.

Ohio State baseball is back in the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2009 after an improbable run through the loser's bracket of the Big Ten tournament in Omaha that culminated in an 8-7 win over Iowa in the championship game last Sunday. The Buckeyes hit their stride at the right time, posting a 16-4 record in May, and head to the Louisville regional as a No. 2 seed and back in the national polls for the first time in over a year.

The team's tourney run highlighted what has made Ohio State so successful in the past month, as solid pitching and defense, aggressive baserunning, and timely hitting all came together to propel the scarlet and gray into the postseason.

Buckeye pitching, which led the Big Ten in ERA during league play, broke the tournament record for strikeouts, punching out 44 in 55 innings of work. Tanner Tully and John Havird combined to toss 15 innings of three-run ball, Ryan Feltner impressed by allowing one earned run in 6.1 innings, and Kyle Michalik provided six scoreless relief innings. With the exception of the two games against the Hawkeyes, Ohio State's staff was firmly in control throughout the tourney.

Offensively, the Buckeyes were led by Ronnie Dawson, the newly-minted third-team Louisville Slugger All-American who took home Most Outstanding Player honors after hitting .578 and setting tournament records with 15 hits and six doubles. Aside from Dawson, each game saw different players step up at the plate, with Nick Sergakis, Craig Nennig, Troy Kuhn, Troy Montgomery, Jacob Bosiokovic, Jalen Washington, and Tre Gantt all coming through in clutch situations throughout the team's five wins in four days.

It is precisely that kind of baseball that Ohio State will need to continue to play if it holds out any hope of pulling off a major upset and advancing to super regional play. The Louisville regional will be tough, but the Buckeyes scrappy, never-say-die brand of ball is exactly what it takes to do the unexpected this time of year.

Wright State Raiders (44-15, Horizon League)

Wright State is making its second straight regional appearance after beating Valparaiso to claim the Horizon League's tournament championship and automatic bid. Head coach Greg Lovelady, who was named the conference's Coach of the Year for the second time in his three seasons at the helm, is building a solid program that looks as though it could be a regional contender on an annual basis.

The Raiders are a load offensively, hitting .283 as a team and averaging better than seven runs per game. First-team All-Horizon League outfielder Ryan Fucci anchors the lineup, slashing .326/.414/.529 with 11 home runs, 59 runs batted in, and 25 stolen bases in 28 attempts. Second-team shortstop Mitch Roman leads the team with a .339 batting average, 79 hits, and five triples, while also driving in 40 runs.

Another first-team All-Horizon selection will be on the bump when Wright State meet the Buckeyes in senior Jesse Schlotens. The 6'4, 230-pound right-hander went 10-1 with a 2.72 ERA in 102.2 innings for the Raiders in 2016, limiting the opposition to a .217 batting average, posting a WHIP of 0.97, and striking out better than five hitters per walk issued.

Western Michigan Broncos (22-32, Mid-American Conference)

Western Michigan, much like Ohio State, are a hot team coming into regional play. Despite a sub-.500 record for the season, the Broncos won four games in the MAC tournament, including a 12-7 victory over a heavily-favored Kent State team in the final, to claim the conference's automatic bid.

This isn't an offensive powerhouse of a team, as Western Michigan averaged less than five runs per game in 2016, and hit a mere 11 home runs as a team. Shortstop Connor Smith, the MAC Freshman of the Year and second-team all-conference selection, paced the team with a .335 average. The Broncos' leaders in homers (three) and RBIs (36) would barely be a blip for the Buckeyes.

On the mound, Western Michigan also struggled, as would be expected of a team ten games under .500. The Broncos give up more than six runs per game and get hit around at a robust .298 clip. The lone standout, first-team All-MAC lefty Keegan Akin, is likely to pitch in the team's regional opener against Louisville, and its possible Ohio State will not face Western at all over the weekend.

Louisville Cardinals (47-12, Atlantic Coast Conference)

Head coach Dan McDonnell is fresh off being named ACC Coach of the Year for the second straight season and his Louisville squad is the No. 2 national seed in this year's NCAA tournament. Despite falling to Virginia in the ACC tournament final, the Cardinals are among the elite teams in the country.

Louisville can straight up mash the baseball. Hitting .321 as a team, the Cardinals averaged 7.5 runs per game, mashed 57 homers, and had collective on-base and slugging percentages of .402 and .487. Junior outfielder Corey Ray, a likely top-10 pick in the Major League Baseball draft next week, is the cream of a very talented crop offensively, slashing .320/.376/.525 with 16 doubles, 15 longballs, 58 RBIs, and 39 stolen bases.

As talented as Louisville is in the everyday lineup, its pitching may be even better. The Cardinals' staff had a collective 2.85 ERA and .217 batting average against this season. Junior Drew Harrington was the ACC Pitcher of the Year, sophomore Brendan McCay was named the nation's best two-way player as a freshman and made first-team All-ACC as both a pitcher and a position player this season, senior Kyle Funkhouser is slated to be drafted in the first round, and junior reliever Zack Burdi is another likely first round pick in the draft. Whoever the Buckeyes face if they meet with Louisville is likely to be among the best arms the team has seen all season.

How to watch

Ohio State opens regional play against Wright State at 2 p.m. ET on Friday. Should they defeat the Raiders, the Buckeyes would face the winner of Louisville-Western Michigan at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday. A loss on Friday would mean a 12 p.m. ET start on Saturday. Beyond that, double elimination rules come into play on Sunday and, if necessary, Monday. All games this weekend will be available for streaming on ESPN3.

The winner of the Louisville regional moves on to super regional action against the winner of the Nashville region, which is comprised of Vanderbilt, UC Santa Barbara, Washington, and Xavier. Super regionals are a best two out of three format, with the eight winners nationally advancing to the College World Series in Omaha.

Now in the month of June, Ohio State's staff is in full recruiting mode in search of the nation's best for the 2017 season (and beyond)

Summer is officially here. Ohio State's focus has shifted fully to recruiting for 2017 and beyond. In these few months before the 2016 season begins, the Buckeyes staff will be holding and attending endless camps with the intent to sell their pitch to a countless number of recruits. The summer always exhibits the opportunity for commitments due to visits and Urban Meyer hopes to see nothing but the same. The top ranked recruiting class for 2016 may just get even better in the near future.

OSU rings the Bell

New Jersey is a state that has been good to Ohio State over the years. The Garden State is known for producing great football talent and the Buckeyes love to be contenders for many of their top kids. Yesterday, the pursuit of New Jersey athletes by Ohio State continued as an offer was sent out to Markquese Bell (Bridgeton, NJ / Bridgeton).

Bell stands at 6'3, 195 pounds and checks in as the nation's 16th best athlete according to 247sports. With 17 current offers, Bell's recruitment may begin heating up even more as a top program in the country such as Ohio State has taken notice of his skills.

Even though Urban Meyer and staff have secured commitments from top athletes in the 2017 class, the late offer to Bell shows that something has sparked interest inside the Buckeye control center (aka the Woody Hayes Athletic Center).

Look for the Buckeyes to try and get Bell to campus this summer for an unofficial visit.

Eskridge sets OSU visit date

Tampa, Florida native and Jefferson High School 2018 prospect Jermaine Eskridge (Tampa, FL / Jefferson) took to Twitter yesterday to announce his summer visit plans. Making the list, Ohio State will host Eskridge on July 1.

With impressive size, standing at 6'3, 180 pounds the current 4-star already boasts an incredible list of 42 offers including Ohio State. The 4-star prospect according to 247sports has no rush in making a decision, but the Florida Gators and Kentucky Wildcats are the two schools who own predictions on the 247sports crystal ball.

Combined with his summer's camp list for and another two full seasons to be played in his prep career, Eskridge's recruitment is sure to have its share of changes over time. The Buckeyes certainly want to be a factor for Jermaine and July's visit could be a great step in that direction.

Hines has big visit next week

The nation's top ranked inside linebacker according to 247sports, Anthony Hines (Plano, TX / Plano East), woke up thinking about the Buckeyes and then announced yesterday via his Twitter account that he has plans to head to Columbus next week for an Ohio State unofficial visit.

Any visit is key, but for this top ranked linebacker to head to Ohio from Texas on his own dime shows great interest and is certainly worth looking at. At 6'3', 220 pounds, Hines has the intangibles to be a force in the middle of the defense at the next level. With how well Ohio State's defensive coordinator, Luke Fickell has developed linebackers, Hines certainly has taken notice and looks to what to learn more about what the Buckeyes have to offer.

As things currently stand, Oklahoma leads the way in predictions on the 247sports crystal ball, but Ohio State may have an idea on how to become a serious contender starting with next week's visit.

Myers heading to Oregon

It's no secret how much talent is on the current 2017 Ohio State recruiting class list. Ranked as the top class by every major recruiting service, the Buckeyes are flexing their muscles showing their success in the recruiting world. Yesterday, the headlines were once again on the 2017 class as Nike's premier football camp, The Opening, extended an invitation to Josh Myers (Miamisburg, OH / Miamisburg), the top ranked player in Ohio and current Buckeye commit. With the invitation to Myers, Ohio State now will be sending eight of their 13 commits to Eugene, OR for this elite camp opportunity.

Congrats to OL Josh Myers of Miamisburg (Ohio) on being invited to #TheOpening Finals! #Final5 #GOTOPEN pic.twitter.com/YNjOxBsDSI

Wade and Meyer talks

Lamont Wade (Clairton, PA / Clairton) is the seventh best cornerback in the country according to 247sports and his affinity for Ohio State over time has been no secret. The Buckeyes have a long-standing relationship with Wade and throughout his recruitment, Ohio State continues to be at the top.

There were reports in the past that Wade and Ohio State hit a buffer in the idea that he would not be able to enroll early at Ohio State if he committed due to a lack of space. However, as things currently stand, Wade is a player that would be a must take for Urban Meyer. Last night, Wade took to twitter to give a little insight in how he truly feels about Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes. Ohio State will be there until the end for Wade without question.

Remember watching Coach Meyer and Tim Tebow as a little kid havn Florida posters all on my wall, Now Im textn Coach Meyer n conversing...Wow
