I think they didn’t go balls to the wall because of Justin Scott. This class doesn’t need to reach for their 2nd DT. After Scott, the next guy can be more of a project. Especially with the DT brought in in ‘23 along with Malone

They reported their income correctly, so it will be up to negotiation or the courts to decide if the deductions were legitimate. So, no, they can't seize anything based on the allegations.
