OSU vs Texas for 2019 WR
Just like nearly every year on the recruiting trail, Ohio State finds themselves mixing it up against the
Texas Longhorns for one of the top recruits in the entire country.
Announcing his plans to verbal commit after visiting OSU, and UT, four-star wide receiver
Garrett Wilson, a former Columbus area native, who now resides in Austin, will either suit up in the Scarlet and Gray or the White and Burnt Orange on the college level.
I will be taking my official visits to;
Ohio State University April 13-15
University of Texas April 20-22
I’ll announce my commitment shortly after.

Once looked as a near lock to join his former Lake Travis High teammate and current Ohio State freshman quarterback Matthew Baldwin, some believe Wilson, who made the trek to Columbus recently, will now stay put in the southwest.
Still left with a chance to impress Wilson on his official trip to campus, the dynamic duo of Baldwin and the 6-foot, 185-pound soon-to-be senior could connect once again if all things workout later this month.
According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Wilson, who hauled in almost 100 receptions for over 1,700 yards and 26 touchdowns through the air as a junior, is currently considered the sixth wide out, and 46th overall prospect in the class of 2019.
Will Garrett Wilson end up back in Ohio or will he stay put in the Austin area? We won’t have to wait much longer to find out. Stick with
Land-Grant Holy Land for the latest.
