Nope, he was favored to go there. And then they pursued the Minchey kid insteadWait I thought Kentucky got the ASU QB?
I think he was unhappy that a true frosh beat him out for more PT. And also I had heard of maturity issues off the field. Idk specifics, but that's what was said on multiple podsApparently he was unhappy, but why?
He's screwing up all the scoresNot that it changes much, but I believe my total was 17.
Jax St. 3.5
Miami, FL 3.5
Penn St. 3.5
Virginia 6.5
This is not one of the good transfers. There is some general fallout after the way the season ended and some guys were going pro regardless, but there will end up being quite a few transfers that the staff didn't want. Scott is as good as gone from what I understand and we would have relied on him heavily next year, but now we're scrambling in the portal to find comparable talent that is far from guaranteed.
I wish Aaron nothing but the best, but hopefully the staff can stop the bleeding on remaining players eligible to return.
This is from the recruiting thread
If this wasn’t because he was sick or he was like 280 then wtf is the S&C team doing
I think I’ve talked to this in multiple threads, but yes this is an issue for all units. Close games usually mean lack of time for subs to get playing time and experience. I see this as a Day issue as it has been that way since he took over as HC.An underrated reasoning for picking up the pace a bit that I heard from Bill Landis (who seems to be in lockstep with how I see it)… with a big reduction in reps our guys could use these reps for development. That without the extra reps we are really doing ourselves a disservice with getting guys experience.
Anyway back to offense- what will be intriguing is what we do along the OL. I’d really like to see Austin moved back to RG and I think with Moore at LT we can do that.
