Hopefully your plates melt.On Tuesday, June 3rd I heard my AC unit making a helicopter sound so I went and looked and sure enough, a fan blade had broke. I shut it off and called for next day service. Guy comes out and suggest we change the housing unit too because of rust. My AC unit is ten years old but has a life expectancy of 15 so I went for the maintenance repair. Turns out none of the parts were in town and they had to order them from Canada. They said maybe Friday. Get a call Saturday morning and they tell me that the parts didn't arrive, maybe Monday or Tuesday. My wife is at Fan Fusion this weekend and she's staying at the Hyatt, so she's good. She suggested that I find a place but I have stubbornly waited it out. After two rough nights of heavy sweating I've properly hydrated myself and have acclimated to the higher temperatures. I always had my thermostat set at 75 so to think now I'm existing in temperatures of 90+ degrees and feel perfectly comfortable it reminds of who the body adapts and how mental toughness can get you through trying times.
