Zion Branch (DB USC Trojans)

actually think the NIL money in Columbus would be better. in LA you have the Lakers, Dodgers, Kings, Rams, Chargers, Clippers and Galaxy. Why throw money at an 18 year old to endorse when you have all the other glitz?
It’s crazy to think this. When USC was huge (Bush, Leinhert, Palmer, White, all the WR’s and defensive talent, qb’s etc) to think these guys wouldn’t pull in several $Million a year is nuts. If they get back to winning, LA and USC in particular should be a top team every year. We get excited when LeBron shows up, at their prime USC has top celebrities at every game

But now the Rams and Chargers are in town, and the Raiders are in Vegas. It's not the same LA football scene. Maybe it'll get back there, but I doubt it'll be the same.

Eh let’s agree to agree that’s it’s unknown at this point. Bush would’ve made Millions in college and same with others. I tend to think out of all of the colleges that could benefit from NIL, it’s USC. That’s if they are winning of course, but that’s my opinion and not the definite answer

Same comments can be said for Miami and to a little lesser extent Texas. All in VERY desirable tourist attracted cities.

Ohio State: “Ohio State is a great program who has showed me I can do great things there and make a big impact.”

USC: “USC’s program has changed a lot in these past few weeks and I believe Coach Riley and that program is headed in the right direction.”

Oklahoma: “Oklahoma has also brought in a great coach and I know with that type of coaching I could benefit from that in big ways.”

The Crystal Balls are 88% for USC.

Definitely a bummer to miss out on him

Yeah, could have played pretty soon and made an impact. Especially a bummer considering it looked like we would land him. Swing and a miss at safety for this class it seems.

And his younger brother Zachariah is a 5 star WR (class of 2023) that Ohio State has offered is probably now a lock for USC. Anyway all the Crystal Balls have him going to USC too.
