Zeke Correll (OL Notre Dame, transfer to NC State)


Visiting Stanford, Notre Dame & tOSU (22nd through 24th) in that order in June.

Correll and Miller both have spots in this class no matter what imo. Both are top notch interior guys and one of them can play guard...most likely Correll, who I think is actually better suited at guard. Zeke is hands down the best OL in the state this year imo. That being said, we have our hands full with ND and really have to hit it out of the park to get Zeke in the class.

Let me get back to you after the officials. Prevailing wisdom is ND has a slight lead but it's close enough that anyone of the top 4 could hit a home run on the officials and land him. The safe answer right now is no, but only because the law of average says that even the mighty UFM doesn't land as many recruits as he doesn't.

Crap, really wanted to land Correll. Huge talent to leave the state. But at least we have Nester, Jacoby and Miller as an outstanding base for our OL in '19, so the loss does not sting too bad as we sit right now. It will be interesting to see if they turn up the heat on another interior OL prospect here soon.
