Since the issues relating to both the chartity event and the employment during school breaks should have been known by the NCAA several weeks before the August meeting, and FTM and LOIC were NOT in play at that meeting, the fact that the public is just now becoming aware of those issues shouldn't change whether the NCAA would invoke a Failure to Monitor charge.
