I credit him for being enough of a fan to elevate the US title. I really think that the long time fans enjoy those segments more than the parts where Stephanie emasculates the wrestlers. To me it has a 1980s NWA feel to it.

Stupid move to alter the Lana/Rusev thing. It was perfect The way that it was. After watching Rusev destroy everything in his path, now Ziggler? Weak. They easily could have put him in a program with Lesnar, now look at it.

As much as it would wipe out NXT, now would be a great time for another 'invasion'.....Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Taylor Breeze, Finn Balor. It'd let some other guys get a run at the higher ups there like Baron Corbin, Solomon Crowe. Hopefully Samoa Joe joins up as well.

If the women's division gets Paige back with Charlotte and Sasha Banks it could be decent, but not sure they really care about making that decent.

It won't happen because they are teasing the masses. They want to see Owens, they'll need to buy the Network.

It'll be interesting to see what they do with NXT....is the focus to make it a minor league/developmental platform, is it to make it essentially an ECW type of sister league, etc.

I will say the sole reason I keep my network subscription is because of NXT and I can't be alone in that.

I think it absolutely had to be, and should be, developmental. That doesn't mean it isn't great as a stand alone show. But I would argue that the number of coaches and vets they have, combined with them controlling airing and production, makes this the greatest situation wrestling has had in the TV era...its the equivalent of the territories in the house show era. They can cross rosters and do anything they want...I hope they keep it that way.
