WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

When TP has consistently good pass blocking/and a decent run game , he will be a monster college QB. His progression will mirror the O line growth.
This could well be a 4 year QB development. ( I'm hoping we some some progression starting Saturday.....)
But, would that really be so bad if we're winning?

Terrelle Cryer T-shirts recalled by Penn State student group

Those Terrelle Cryer shirts won't be popping up at Saturday's Ohio State-Penn State game after all. The Penn State Marketing Association made 200 of the shirts, which featured a drawing of Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor and a box of tissues, and was planning to pass them out to members of the group and then sell any left over to the public on Friday....

I really liked that interview from Terrelle. He seemed a bit more relaxed than usual, and a lot more humble.

As bad as it hurt, that Purdue loss might have been the best thing that could have happened to this team and Terrelle as a player.

I'm feeling a big performance from TP against PSU this saturday. I can't wait.

GO BUCKS!

Whether hero or villain, Terrelle Pryor accepts that he's the star attraction of OSU-Penn State
By Doug Lesmerises, The Plain Dealer

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Everyone can't help but make Ohio State vs. Penn State about Terrelle Pryor. Having a bad guy in college football is just too much fun.

Ohio State's sophomore quarterback is stoking the fires of the rivalry that matters most in the Big Ten at the moment -- the one between the teams that have accounted for the last four Big Ten titles -- just by breathing.

Pryor is from Pennsylvania. Home state school Penn State was in his final four, maybe the final two, of his college choices. He didn't pick the Nittany Lions. He selected Ohio State. In explaining his decision to come to Columbus instead of State College, he described Penn State as "too country" and said, "I don't like the area."

That was more than enough. Starting with unofficial recruiting visits in ninth grade, Pryor said he has been in Beaver Stadium at least 10 times in his life, but never as the enemy, and that's what he'll feel on Saturday.

"It's more than him just being the opposing quarterback," said Matt Brown, the football editor for Penn State's student newspaper, The Daily Collegian, explaining how fans view Pryor. "It's definitely a little more personal. Obviously, people wanted him here. With some of the comments he made about Penn State when he chose Ohio State, there's kind of a chip on their shoulder."

If Penn State fans have difficulty accepting the fact that their campus is essentially in Middle-of-Nowheresville, there's little that can be done for them. Being offended when a recruit simply states the facts? :shake:

I hate to defend these PSU morons...but i believe TP also said "I just don't like that place". That would probably rub me the wrong way if a recruit said that about OSU.

It would probably rub me the wrong way, too. But if you'd step back and look at it, you know that not everyone is going to like Ohio State. It's just the way it is. And, really, who wants a kid who doesn't really want to be there?

People are going to whine and complain. And when there's nothing to whine or complain about, they'll find something to whine and complain about. Recruit X didn't choose to go to School Y. There are worse things...
