WR Roy Hall (Official Thread)

You'd think that 5 years at the school that produces stunning wideouts (Glenn, Galloway, Carter, Holmes, Jenkins...) would be work and practice enough.

If 'catching properly' hasn't been learned yet, what makes you think that an NFL offseason could teach a player?

Motivation of making possibly millions of dollars because of it.

Roy Hall's Draft Stock Continues To Rise
By Heath Schneider, Staff Writer

As Roy Hall prepares himself for the NFL draft on April 28-29, he?s been working out every day and he wowed scouts at the Ohio State pro day, held in March. Now he?s on the whirlwind tour going from NFL city to NFL city to interview and workout for teams along the way.

With the draft looming, you might think that the 6-2, 228-pound Hall is on pins and needles with anticipation. But that?s not the case as he waits for his name and his Buckeye teammates? names to be called.

Hall hoping Pro Day turns into pro contract

Brush grad's workout at Ohio State puts him in the hopper to be a late-round draft pick

Roy Hall wasn't one of the nine Ohio State players invited to the NFL combine in February.
He didn't have the receiving numbers of teammates and fellow wide receivers Ted Ginn Jr. and Anthony Gonzalez.
But he did have the Buckeyes' Pro Day last month.
And Hall, a fifth-year senior from Brush High School who has already earned an undergraduate degree in marketing, certainly made a name for himself.
Working out for NFL scouts, executives and coaches on March 10 in Columbus, Hall, in the opinion of OSU director of football performance and Speed Strength Systems co-founder Eric Lichter, couldn't have done much better.

sweet jesus i might have to become a colts fan these days. 3 bucks this draft for them and really gonzo hit amazingly there and hall can play a big role there as well.

No doubt that getting to play with PM will help them improve - hopefully Gonzo and Roy will get to stay there for a while.
