WR/RB Lamaar "Flash" Thomas (transfer to New Mexico)

So what's in the new updates?

I can't tell if he knows where he is going but wants to keep it to himself until after his official visits are over or if he is truly torn, but he is not saying we lead like he had been.

This is just my take, but I get the feeling that OSU still has a bit of a lead and that he likes our facilities, recruits, coaches, tradition, etc. the best. I think the one doubt he still has about OSU is whether he wants to try to make the position switch to slot WR or to continue to be a scat type RB. That, along with the fact that he seems to wants to have each team on as equal of footing as possible while going through the officials, has led him to give pretty politically correct interviews in which he gives very little indication as to where he is leaning.

Is that cordale scott on the far right?

That would be my best guess. Whoever it is, he is facing serious commitment pressure along with Lamaar, you can guarantee that much. Unless indeed that is Scott, then no doubt we have more verbals in this class than has been reported, which was my (along with everyone else's) feeling all along.

Just out of curiousity, what is the record for most out-right Big Ten Championships won in a row? We just might be onto something....

even though we're recruiting him as a wideout, and I've emntioned this before, I tyhink we're recruiting him as a hybrid type player....a "shot ginn" weapon....Ted Ginn will be a great recruiting tool for players who have the ability to change the game in multiple ways

Even if Lamarr has reservations about being recruited as a WR, it should be exciting that he will get the ball in a variety of ways in special packages to utilize his skill set

Guys, just deleted some posts...do not ask or beg for updates. When we get to them, we post them. Otherwise do not clutter the threads.

BN $

Lamaar says he could see himself playing WR at tOSU, but right now, tOSU, Illinois, and Maryland are tied. He will still visit Illinois.
