If I remember correctly, came in as a DB. So he’s eliminated from the convo automatically.
But with Julien coming in early, and the fact that the offense rotates WRs, he will get plenty of opportunities to get the ball. It also helps that we have quite a weak schedule to test him too

Fleming had the best catch I saw all week, with a diving grab in the corner of the end zone at Monday’s practice. He also had the most explosive offensive play of the game, easily winning out of the slot on a vertical route for a long score. As good as he is, Fleming still has a high upside and room to improve his route-running and overall consistency.

Ted Ginn came here as the #2 rated DB in the country. He played QB at Glenville his senior year and CB on defense. WR was not in his future when he got here.
