Maybe. Sounds more like the media trying to stir the pot and make what he says seem like he's putting it out there when it feels more like they're instigating shit. I don't doubt we've got ssome shithead fans that have popped off and made us all look bad. I dont feel that from the majority but it only takes a couple to rot the lot

Sounds like another case of shitheads on Twitter causing problems (this is my opinion, I don't have any actual info). It's too bad. Everything I've heard from Buckeye fans has been positivity towards his success at Alabama. This relationship didn't need to be toxic.

All good points and I'm not trying to beat a dead horse. Just seems weird his dad pops off on Day and Hartline right after he leaves in May and then nothing until week 10 we get a bunch of quotes from Jameson himself

I doubt the top WR on a top 2 team in the country would care about another WR. Jameson has played himself into most likely a 1st round pick.
I think it's more, an idiotic portion of the fanbase on social media. The players all love one Jameson, and if you take a quick gander at his IG page, all of his pics are loaded with positive comments from Buckeye players(INCLUDING JSN, Wilson CJ and Olave). He's only been on Bama for less than a year, he spent multiple years at OSU and spent countless hours with these guys. You don't lose that bond from just a transfer

He posted pics after his game and JSN had positive comments. JSN posted a pic after his game last week on IG, and Jameson had positive comments about him. And tbh, every post both have made have positive comments from the other. And a number of OSU players post nothing but love to Jameson all over his IG.
This is about some idiotic fans, not the guys he played with for several years.

At 20 or 21 years old, I think I’d be upset too if I’m having the best year of my college career and all the fans at my old school kept saying to fans at my new school “your leading WR couldn’t even start here.”

It‘s a shot at him.

He could have stayed and competed. Made JSN a backup. In the NFL if that’s his goal you can’t hide compete or die.

No, he made the better decision and transferred. He has balled out, and is set to go high in the draft. There's no problem with making business decisions. Joe Burrow made a college business decision that won him a Natty and turned him into the #1 draft picks.
Again, he's taking his ire out on OSU fans, not players(and even analysts have taken note at the former OSU WR, and have talked up not needing him on the roster). And it's also true that he'd be our 4th best WR. Both he and the fans are saying true statements. Just like he and JSN will one day be in the NFL together.

But he did start last year. He just wasn’t going to be WR1, which is what he wanted to be. It’s not a shot at Jameson to say that he’s not better than Olave or Wilson (both 1st rounders.) And JSN just fits this offense better in the slot.

I understand that it probably upset him, but fans will be fans and say shit like that to fans of other teams. But his comment of “Ohio State fans disowned me, they don’t claim me” just isn’t true at all.

And my cousin, who follows Jameson on Instagram, sent me screenshots back in September when certain CFB pages were posting stuff about Ohio State getting beat by Oregon, Jameson was liking those posts. So all of this comes off as Jameson being salty that he having a monster year and Ohio State fans aren’t saying, “I sure wish we had Jameson back!” Happy for him. He’s having a great year! Keep it up, except when/if you play Ohio State!
