All kidding saide, Marshall is so the real deal. 296 yards rushing in the playoffs against Moeller? Sheesh.

He is the most explosive threat to come out of Ohio in at least a couple years IMO. I just hope he realizes his future is not at QB and makes that switch to WR. Percy Harvin type role in college would fit his talent like a glove.

I'm not looking forward to having to face him.

IDK if you realize it, but he's pretty much being looked at as a WR. And many, many high schools across the US use their best athletes at QB since he can have the ball in his hands at all times. Famous NFL and college players such as Joseph Addai, Rosco Parrish, Asante Samuel, Hines Ward, Brad Smith , Antwan Randle El, just to name a few

I'm excited to see what the future holds for Marshall under Meyer!

Would be interested in seeing his reaction to the hire!

edit: Also read on one of the NoD boards the following: "I was told by a tOSU fan that Marshall to tOSU has little to do with Meyer being HC and a lot more to do with Hinton going to OSU." Any truth to this? And who is Hinton?

edit2: Found it. Tim Hinton. NoD's RB coach. Has worked with Woods and has aided in his development a lot. I don't know a lot about him, but from the looks of it, it seems to be a great hire! Go bucks!

Scout $ - Ohio's Best Talks To Urban

By The Bank.....Spoke to Coach Meyer last week & was very impressed. Was unable to make a recent trip to Ohio State due to a basketball game, however his family made the trip & came away impressed. Also has interest in Oregon, USC, LSU, Alabama & others. Would like to decide before his senior season & begin recruiting others to join him.

How great would it be to have him commit here over the summer and then start recruiting top notch players like Mike Brewster did!
