WR Emeka Egbuka (All B1G, All-American)

His plan was to always visit OU before making a final decision. So this visit isn't too surprising

This visit itself isn’t surprising, the timing is though. Huffman went from suggesting that Egbuka was putting off the visit on purpose, to saying it was happening and that it could be a “game-changer” and that Ohio State’s concern level should be a 6-8.

If an Oklahoma insider was saying as much, I’d dismiss it pretty quickly. That said, Huffman is one of the top West Coast guys and has no reason at all to make things sound better for either school.

Maybe it’s just not that easy of a decision for him and he wants to keep evaluating. I’m not trying to sound snide, but perhaps he likes a lot about both programs/schools/atmospheres. McCord and Co just have to continue putting in work.

I don’t disagree with this take at all, pretty much dead on imo.

If he wanted to visit OU before making a decision this could be nothing more than checking a box.

Early signing day is the 16th. Maybe he just wants to do the OU visit so he can make his final decision and be able to sign on the 16th, etc.
