Devier is a future star. I'm watching the game against St. Ignatius on ONN and he is doing it all. Returning kicks, catching balls, and picking off passes for TD's. The guy is a stud. If I was a HS QB, I'd throw it in the air every play and let him go get it. X doesn't have anyone in their secondary that can cover him. Most HS teams don't. Can't wait to see him in a Buckeye uniform.

DeVier Posey: The season came to an end for Posey with a win over Dayton Thurgood Marshall by the score of 50-6. Individually for Posey it was a quiet day. He only made one catch for five yards, but it was for a score. For the season Posey made 48 catches for 776 yards and eight touchdowns. All season long Posey was the dominant force for the LaSalle offense.

WR DeVier Posey, Cincinnati La Salle ? La Salle finished the season 5-5 with a season-ending 50-6 win at Dayton Thurgood Marshall, formerly Dayton Colonel White.

Posey caught a 5-yard touchdown pass in the win. It was his only catch. He also had a 17-yard run.

La Salle senior wide receiver DeVier Posey will be named to the 2008 U.S. Army All-American Bowl game at a ceremony today (10 a.m.) at La Salle.
Posey, who has committed to Ohio State for next season, will be one of 84 players selected nationwide for the U.S. Army honor.
Elder tight end Kyle Rudolph, who has committed to Notre Dame, was earlier selected to the U.S. Army game. The 2008 game will be played Jan. 5, 2008 (1 p.m.) at the Alamodome, San Antonio.

I missed this in the LT thread - that's a damn fast time and a respectable place... just behind (SR last year) Kyle Jefferson isn't bad at all considering all the respect people around here had for his speed.

Unfortunately, he doesn't play football. Gahanna has another sophomore, Earl Cunningham, who is blazing fast as well, but like Herriot, he doesn't seem to play football either.
