Brax is a lot like Chris Leak personality wise. Same laid back style. A personality transplant is not needed, just so long as he is willing to be vocal when he needs to be, and demonstrates leadership though example, it makes no difference if he is a little bit of an introvert.

A "rah-rah" screamer is not needed. Being on time (showing up early), hitting the weights as much as the film room, and attending class is all he needs to do. At least with that former example as a guide.
