On individual plays, yes. Consistently? No.He definately has great hands, and I think the speed is good enough.
billmac91;1064792; said:I think people are forgetting Roy Hall got PT as a junior. Lot's of it, especially in 3 wideout sets. Anyone remember the Purdue game where he got ran down from behind by a linebacker, or the sweet catch in traffic against Northwestern?

Albert and his mother discuss their disappointment and frustration at his lack of playing time. However, he says he has not explored a transfer, but it is not out of the question. He will graduate this summer.

1-congrats albert, your education will help you in the real world.
2-does this still make him eligible for a d1 to d1 transfer?
bukIpower;1084714; said:good luck to Dukes! Once he got in the dog house it was kind of an uphill battle from there...
side note Roy Hall made those catches against NW/Purdue in his Sophomore year, and the Texas Catch was his Junior year. Yeah you have to remember how Roy Hall made an impact on specials teams as well, and thats something Dukes cannot do
Jake;1084723; said:Unfortunately, there is one special teams' play in which Hall's impact will NEVER be forgotten by this Buckeye. :(
Good luck to Dukes at Valdosta.
Devon Lyons and Albert Dukes are attempting to graduate this spring and leave the Ohio State football program, but that wouldn't necessarily mark the end of their college careers.
The NCAA loophole that allows a graduate student to transfer and play immediately closes Aug. 1. If Lyons and Dukes can graduate this spring and enroll in grad school this summer, they presumably could play next season at another school.
Dukes, a Florida native, has been looking at Valdosta State, in Georgia. Lyons' case is more complicated. The Pennsylvania native's father is ill and he is looking into a hardship waiver that would allow him to play closer to home.
If neither graduates before the deadline, there is a chance they will use their final year of eligibility at Ohio State this fall.
