After going unbeaten last season, the Chicago Slaughter hopes to grab its first win of the football season Saturday night when it hosts the Alaska Wild at the Sears Centre.
The Slaughter has dropped its first three cames of the Indoor Football League season by a combined 8 points, which includes Sunday's 27-26 loss to the Bloomington Extreme.
Head coach Steve "Mongo" McMichael will start newly acquired quarterback Randy Hutchison, who passed for 195 yards on Sunday, completing 27 of 37 attempts with 3 TD passes.
This week the Slaughter also signed quarterback Tavares Woodley, who played last season at Marion, and former Ohio State wide receiver Albert Dukes.
