Not attacking you, but your post here is what makes me scratch my head about our fan base.

We scream at Tress for being conservative. Then we question his coaching calls when he goes "gutsy".

Anywho, halftime 14-10, Good Guys

:oh:

It's so easy to be a coach when people are sitting on their couches.

We're beating on this QB even with the holds...their O-Line is average at best.
If Ohio State were in the SEC, the talking heads would be gushing about how fast and athletic the Buckeye d-line is, how the Badgers are big fat slow plodding etc etc etc ... instead it's that Wisconsin will steamroll tOSU with all their 350-pounders....

Thanks to everyone for the play by play. I am sitting in a hotel. Room with no coverage. I am in Hawaii so it ain't all bad. But it is great to get the feel of the game with BP. Mahalo

Agreed... I love to see Tress getting "GUTSY" at times. Let's see some better blocking and the run game will open up. D is still playing lights out IMO. The last scoring drive for Wisconsin (FG), the D was gassed, and still made a huge stop.

Ugh! I don't know if we have enough continuity from the starting offense to win with out big help from the defense this week. Thank you KC and the defense so far. This one could be decided by the field goal units.
It's just about survival today!

I don't know about you guys but I'm tired after watching the first half. We definitely need some offense the 2nd half.

The last offensive drive definitely got me more hyped. He just needs to set his feet & execute. Obviously need Saine to get going as well. A 31-17 2nd half runaway would be delicious right now.

Hopefully the "o" will roll a little in the 2nd half. The "D" was out on the field and if we don't generate a little offensive we could see another game winning late drive by the opposition to win the game.....:(

We've been ahead at the half in every game this year, haven't we?

Tied with USC I believe.

And about that squib.. not sure why a squib means Tressel was being gutsy, but I don't understand the point in doing a squib. Just kick it as far as possible so they probably don't get to field goal range. I don't care if the defense is playing the best it's played in OSU history, it's an unnecessary risk.

But it didn't matter.

Hope the offense can build on that last drive and score about 300 points.
