They shouldn't be taking time outs....get the team in at half and talk to them and settle the offense the [censored] down.

Point is you either take the TO immediately or you don't so you can get into the lockerroom. I'm disappointed if they were going to take the TO it wasn't decided immediately. If you want to conserve gameclock, it should be taken immediately. It was just poor game management.
