Game Thread Wisconsin 13, tOSU 31 (Oct 10, 3:30 ET, ABC/ESPN)

Wisconsin "holding" game? That's pretty classy. Take a shot at most of Wisconsin's success the last 15+ years, as if the win shouldn't be enough. If Wisconsin has used TOP to their advantage to control ballgames in the past, it's because they've had large offensive lineman and corresponding RB's.

It's never fun to watch your team lose, but geez, your guys held the entire game. Just watch that fake FG score. Two blatant holds and a block in the back/clip should have been called by this guy:

Listen my man I'll let you in on a secret. I don't buy ESPN's shitty magazine. I don't listen to Tom Luggindouche...I don't watch gameday...and I certainly don't give a shit what asshats like Mark May say...I turn to the BTN at halftimes. I hit these douchebags in the wallet.

Grow the fuck up and change the channel as much as you can. I hate to even have to watch football on their channels.

OSU needs to win the rest of their games...B10 champions 5 years in a row...beat Michigans road win streak...beat the skunks 6 years in a row...and win the fucking Rose Bowl. You know why...because it will chap those bastards asses knowing we are making them look as stupid as they are.

Another reason why ESPN is pissed is because of the B10 network. We are leaching money from them and they are beginning to lose money. Turn the channel and stop listening to0 these hacks...if you don't you are as big of a douche as they are.
ESPN is unavoidable for the big sports fan, unfortunately, but I do limit my ESPN viewing to when a team I support is on their family of networks. Regardless, I don't really appreciate the assumption that I do (or being told that I need to "grow the fuck up") based on one facetious joke about their reactionary silliness. Though I do certainly appreciate the idea that the best action one can take against a media outlet/personality is to stop giving them one's time, rather than tune in daily to get pissed off. But I can assure you, I do not have the Fox New Liberal Viewer Syndrome.

Columbus, Ohio - Even if Ohio State isn't quite the hornet's nest that once stung with impunity, a challenger with Wisconsin's upstart credentials can only poke a stick in its general direction for so long.
So, go ahead, run a fake field goal and score from it.
Go for it on fourth and 1 and make it.
Line up for a 50-yard field goal and drill it.
Take an early lead, utterly dominate with total yards and time of possession, feel pretty good about it and see what happens when the irritated big dog finally decides enough's enough and goes for the food bowl.

Since we're talking a little bit about qb play..It's amazing to me how TP can make throws like he did to Posey today were the ball was on his right side shoulder and where only he could get the ball..but struggle on much simpler throws. IMO it would do wonders if we started games by throwing quick screens out and swing passes to the backs just to get him in a rhythm because throwing these slants and sit down routes arent really working. It's obvious he has all the tools.

I like this basic idea. But, it just doesn't always play out like you hope. We had a serious problem with the flu hitting the O-line this week and nothing is gonna make up for the loss of practicing together before a big game like this.
We found a way to win and survived this week. It just took a complete team effort.

How quickly we all forgot how awful Krenzel looked throwing the ball at times during the championship run!

Great win today. The defense reaffirmed why I think it's a top 3 unit. I absolutely love to watch those guys play.

As for Pryor....I honestly think he's trying too hard. It's almost as if he has a laundry list of things he wants to accomplish at OSU, and he's rushing it. You cannot win a heisman before you win over your fan base. He needs to just slow down, enjoy the game, and do his best. He will get there, he needs to think less...and just let the game come to him. He's got it in him......

Nail meet hammer... TP is thinking to much right now. He is thinking about his mechanics and his reads. He now has 3 "easier" games for the game to slow down for him. Hopefully that will be enough.

The deal guys is that OSU will not get the respect everyone is clamoring for until we earn it. And by earning it, I mean beating not just the teams we should but beating the USCs, Texas, LSUs, and Floridas of the world. No one cares that we beat Wisconsin because they are a plodding Big Ten team.

Did anyone watch the Texas vs. Colorado game last night? Eerily similar to our game with Wiscy in many ways. The spin was that good teams win games like that and that they happen occasionaly. The reality is that Texas O gets the pass because they have run up some big scores and have won some big games in the past.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Wisconsin's Scott Tolzien got hit so many times Saturday, it's a wonder he didn't conduct his postgame interview from a hospital room.

The former standout quarterback from Fremd High School somehow managed to survive an Ohio State defense that Buckeyes coach Jim Tressel described as "relentless."

Asked how many times he believed he got sacked, Tolzien replied: "I want to say maybe three or four times."

Actually it was six. And to observers, it seemed like many more.

Refs miss an easy hold on that scramble... this is just a game that breaks the wrong way at every turn.

Still, fire it up! Defense, get your a$ in the backfield and bring those buckeyes down! We're not gonna give em an inch! and when we get that ball back, we're gonna run, we're gonna make completions, and we're gonna put it in the end zone where that football belongs!

And then we're gonna do it all again!

What a sad sad pathetic little man :shake:
