2001 series, Wings vs. Kings.

the Wings jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead at home only to lose 4 straight by a combined 14 goals or something dumb like that.

This is starting to feel eerily similar.

during the Penguins presser after the game, apparently the comment was made that the Wings are getting on each other on the ice during this game tonight.

It could be a good thing if it was coming from the supposed leaders on this team, but my guess is it won't matter.

Oh Pa leese Mike, don't tell me you are turning into a chicken little? The wings will have plenty of chance to win this thing.

Right now the Pens deserve the Cup more.

The wings are tired and more importantly their best forward is injured. No one is stepping up while Malkin is dominating and he's dragging Cindy into the picture with him.

This is going to be one of those odd years where it's possible (if the Wings win it somehow) that the losing side has the Conn Smythe winner. That trophy is completely Malkins to lose at this point.

Entertaining game tonight. Can't say it was particularly well played, since there were turnovers by both teams every 30 seconds. The Pens finally looked like the faster team, they look like they're figuring out how to play the Wings. Pens were much more aggressive on the forecheck, forcing the Wings out of their comfort zone. The last two goals, the Wings totally hung Ozzie out to dry. Nice pass by Malkin on the Crosby goal. The shortie was a big play, Ozzie should have had that one (didn't get his leg out). The Pens looked dominant for much of the game tonight, but I'm thinking that turns around when DET gets home ice. Hossa and Holmstrom need to step up. Wings special teams have been terrible. Thinking Wings in 7, at this point.

Wings aren't going to lose at home.. just not going to happen. No matter what Mike says. Glad the Pens are showing some heart, but the Wings just have too much talent.

Great game tonight though. Super entertaining.

I don't know about that.

I'm pretty sure the Wings fans are going to be booing Hossa right out of the gate so if Pittsburgh can score early or even just pressure the Wings, the crowd may take itself out of the game.

Oh wait, that might be whining even though it isn't. Nevermind :roll2:

Oh Noes!!!!!

The Wings didn't dominate again......

They have no chance to win another game ....
ever....

They're the worst team possible..... I can't believe [insert player name] doesn't seem to think this is important.

Life sucks

Bla bla bla....

Wings fans drive me nuts.
