Was it a mistake. Hell yeah it was. I was trying to make a point, and in so doing I've put 95% of all v$ on BP in the hands of 20 users (as soon as I hit the "Settle" button). But I'm still not embarrassed.

I believed in Todd. I really thought that the toughness he showed at times last year would come back. I will never apologize for that, because I know it's still there. But after this, he may never find it again.

For whatever reason, he lost that edge. For this to happen at a time when he is searching for it will more than likely bury it so deep that his football career will be long-over by the time he finds it again.

Embarrassed? No. Fuck no.

But my heart is broken for Todd.

Stay strong TB. You are a fine young man, and you always put the good of the team ahead of yourself. No matter what happens, you are a great Buckeye to me.

PS: To those of you who go to The Game this year...

If you see/hear anyone boo Todd when he is introduced for his Senior Day moment; punch their teeth in. I was there when it happened to Tom Tupa... Todd may not be an all-american like Tom was, but he deserves much better. It should never happen to another Buckeye.

I got all these fuckin' points and I won a bet on Saturday when I believed the Bucks were going to get stomped despite my wishes that it be otherwise, but I aparently don't have any vmoney. BUT, if I did have vmoney I'd bet on TB seeing a lot of aluminum this weekend. I'm trying to think like a coach and my solution is to give TB as many "starts" as I can the rest of the way, but pull him pretty quickly. I have seen the future and it seems to have a big number 2 smack dab in the middle.

It's been said, but we're 3-3 in our last 6 games. Just let that sink in...3-3. And we barely edged out OhioU and Michigan (I know, the game wasn't as close as the score dictates.) If this doesn't show that SOMETHING needs fixin', I honestly don't know what does?

Todd hasn't even sniffed a really good performance in those past 6 games either (Okay YSU is the exception). Watching the struggle against USC made me sick to my stomach. I hope this isn't misconstrued as bashing because I'm certain that Boeckman is a great young man, but right now, for this team, he just doesn't appear to have what it takes to lead this team to a B10 championship/bowl win.

vs. Illinois:
13/23 156 yds. 3 ints.
vs. Michigan:
7/13 50 yds. 1 int.
vs. LSU:
15/26 208 yds. 2 TD, 2 ints.
vs. YSU:
14/19 187 yds. 2 TD
vs. Ohio:
16/26 110 yds.
vs. USC:
14/21 84 yds. 2 ints.

So that's 79/128 for 795 yds., 4 TD, and 8 ints., 62% comp., 6.2 y/a

Take it for what it's worth...

TB has a 2/8 TD to INT ratio in big games with a 56% completion percentage.

He is not a big time QB. Or a QB that takes care of the ball in big games. I do feel bad for him in a way. He is a senior, but that should not overshadow the fact that we should be putting the best players on the field that gives us the best chance to win.

Im not saying that TP isnt better, or that TP shouldnt start, im just saying that on Saturday it wouldnt have made any difference. TB hasnt looked good in big games, but he hasnt had a lot of help either. The Oline has flat out been owned in big games, and the WR have failed to get open/separation. This was mentioned several times against OHIO. If they cant get open against MAC teams how would they against USC? If they want to start TP, Im all for it, but I dont think we will win any games with him that TB would have lost.

Then why would you be all for it? I mean, if Pryor only affords the team the same chance to win, why switch? Wouldn't you want your senior captain to play?
