Think of Batman as the ultimate boyscout...he's always prepared.

He used his brain & set out a plan (involving kryptonite, a suit of power armor he built and I don't recall what else)...something superman rarely does.

Pffft... we're talking about a simple fight, mono y mono. We're not talking about taking time to build some special weapon that can beat a super hero. Heck, I could kick Superman's ass if I had a kryptonite gun.

If you throw both of them in an arena with what they got, then Spidey would take him out.

Never been a comic book guy, one of my buddies is pretty into it though -he asked me who would win between Batman and Superman.. I told him I don't know and really don't care he said Batman wins easily because Superman gave Batman Kryptonite incase Superman ever got too powerful.
